“Good overall”
Pros
The SMS tools are really useful when they're working properly and that feature has a lot of value.
Cons
The biggest frustration has been the faxing and the SMS service going down pretty often sometimes without any clear reason.

“reliable Salesforce integration”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages for us has been how well it integrates with our Salesforce product. It's also simple to maintain and configure. The standout part though, is the technical support team, they're extremely responsive, helpful and consistently offer useful suggestions while following up properly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the product and the service.
Cons
Every now and then, the token authentication stops working and I have to spend some time reconnecting it.

“faced some rough edges”
Pros
What it does really well is connect with Bullhorn and automatically place calls and text messages directly into our client and candidate records which is genuinely useful in day-to-day work.
Cons
A lot of the features feel like they are close to being excellent but not quite finished. The phone app could be really good if it actually worked the way it should and the computer extension would be much better if it were not so glitchy. The core of the platform seems solid but it still needs a lot of tightening up before it feels like a truly polished product.

“clear calls and great features”
Pros
Call quality has been consistently good and everything works as advertised without any problems.
Cons
The only challenge has been integrating it with our CRM but that isn't an issue caused by the software itself.

“useful calling but awkward recordings”
Pros
It lets you click a phone number on your computer and then connects the call through your phone which is a great feature to have! We brought this software in mainly so we could record conversations for training purposes and that part has been valuable.
Cons
A frustrating part of it is that the caller and the recipient get recorded on separate tracks which makes it harder to follow what's actually going on in the conversation.

“saves so much time”
Pros
Being built right into Salesforce makes a huge difference. Logging and tagging every call happens smoothly and it saves hours of manual work.
Cons
There are moments when it feels a bit dated. The interface is not the most attractive but it still gets the job done.

“it's a dependable tool”
Pros
After trying another product, it became pretty obvious how simple and dependable it really is. We switched away for a while and absolutely hated the other option so we ended up coming back. Everyone preferred it and one of the biggest reasons was that calls hardly ever dropped.
Cons
The only real downside I can point to is the cost. Management felt the pricing was a little too high which is why we moved to a different product before eventually returning. So if there's one thing I'd say I don't like, it's the price.

“one-click dialing saves time”
Pros
Before we started using it, we had to dial every prospect manually and then log each activity ourselves. With its one-click dial, the interface let us choose from preconfigured dropdown fields set up by our Salesforce admin for that call activity and then it was done. It saved us a huge amount of time and really helped prevent missed activity logs during call blitzes.
Cons
Every now and then, we had to reload the Salesforce account page because it would freeze. It may have been a Salesforce issue since no one ever figured out the exact cause but it still happened. Even with that inconvenience, the convenience and time savings were still worth it.
