The best all-in-one communication tool

Pros

In our company, we try to automate everything and with it's integration with Hubspot, Make.com and its API, we can easily automate tasks like sending SMSs, voicemails and dialing calls.

Cons

It's not possible to send MMS within Europe yet, which is a feature I'm hoping for.

Beware!

Pros

System works well most of the time but there are frequent connection issues.

Cons

I've been without a customer support number for four days and I've received almost no assistance in resolving my issue. Their approach to problem-solving feels lackluster as they send generic responses that don't actually address the issue. I wouldn't recommend this product.

An unreliable tool for small businesses with limited hours

Pros

The phone lines have a short waiting time, which is one of the main positives.

Cons

The reception is unstable and it took over a month to assign a caller ID. They also perform unscheduled maintenance in the middle of the night without informing their night-time users. Customer service is terrible.
