After testing several AI call assistants, none of them have matched Convo. I work in customer service and it has become a real ally in helping me close upselling opportunities faster.

Lately, I've been using it during client calls and it's been incredibly helpful. It keeps track of the important context I want to remember and the real-time assistance helps me stay on top of the conversation. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to level up their sales calls.

Pros

Using the AI live assistant during upsell calls has been a big help for me. I work in Customer Success with a heavy focus on upselling and commercial conversations and it has made a real difference. It took me a couple of calls to adjust to the live assistant since you have to read while also staying focused on the client conversation but once I got comfortable with it, it started working extremely well.

Honestly I wasn't expecting this but I can't say anything positive about it right now.

Trying to delete my profile on the website has been a nightmare. Since I signed up with Google, the app makes me create a password first before I can remove my account. The problem is that every time I try to set a password, it logs me out and tells me the session has expired. After a few more attempts, I just get hit with a rate limit message. I've rarely come across an app this badly handled. Please just delete my account.
