“A powerful sales enablement tool
Pros
The system is quite user friendly and easy to set up. Also it integrates smoothly with major CRM systems we use like Hubspot and Salesforce.
Cons
I feel like some parts of the product are still in the working process but that's about it.

“Too expensive for the value

Well we thought this software would help streamline our pitching process which was the main reason we considered it in the first place.
Cons
The online video platform is pretty buggy and at its worst and is unusable. About 40% of meetings get disconnected after starting because someone cannot connect or use video/audio. The admin interface's initial user experience was tough to navigate and with the recent update, it feels even worse as I cannot find anything now because literally every page and menu changed. We liked some of the ideas so we stuck around, hoping the product would improve. plus the mobile experience is not great either. When we decided this was not a good fit for us long term, we tried to cancel. But it is not possible to do it online as we have to contact support which is unusual for a simple SaaS tool and really inconvenient for customers.

“A meeting platform that improves your sales strategy
Pros
I love how we can show webpages inside the meeting playbook without having to share our entire desktop. Plus the new routing feature helps filter and sort prospects, directing them to the right reps. Plus we can customize questions based on how we assign sales reps to customers. And clients only need a web browser to attend the demo. Plus everything is automated and meetings are scheduled on your calendar based on subscribed events. It also integrates with our CRM, Google and Office365 calendars too.
Cons
Me personally find the pricing way too high but I guess that is because it's a niche product.

Pros
The web based screen sharing feature is my fav as no downloads required on the lead or customer side. Plus it really imporves the customer experience and is perfect for sales and customer success teams. It also integrates with HubSpot nicely.
Cons
There is no option to pay with a credit card at our subscription level which is a major con.

Pros
Setting up a demo desk meeting is quite easy as no need for too many clicks or complex explanations needed. My customers also use it without any issues. Plus it is a simple yet reliable solution that always works.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind right now. However it would be nice to have a simple, always visible overview of meeting participants in the corner of the screen, showing who is speaking with a little symbol.

“Built for customer interaction
Pros
Coming from pure screen sharing tools, this makes a huge difference for us and that too in a good way. And it is all about customer interaction. Plus it integrates well with Salesforce and HubSpot and the scheduling automation is a huge plus too.
Cons
The setup took longer than expected for us. Also let me tell you that it is not an affordable tool, so you need to consider the investment especially if you have a sales team of around 20.

Pros
This is the best for having multiple people work from the same screen. Plus the fact that I do not need to download anything is a big bonus. The free trial has worked wonderfully for me.
Cons
It looks like there is not any chat function available which is something I wish will be available in the future.

Pros
I really like how easily our customers can join demos or meetings with Demodesk. Also I face no issues with firewalls or needing to download anything. And I can share control with the customer which allows us to collaborate together like no need to decide who controls the screen. This is so useful for interactive product demos and customer onboardings. Another great feature is the automated scheduling. Customers can book meetings themselves and I can even schedule meetings for my colleagues. Overall it really helps streamline sales processes and makes everything more efficient and professional.
Cons
At first Demodesk was not the most intuitive to use but I like the team as they did a great job onboarding us and is always there to help.

It allows us to collaborate on the screen together which is way better than switching between different screen shares. As it is important for us to see how the user interacts with the software in real time. The good thing is that it allows me to do that.

The video and audio quality are top notch. Plus it syncs perfectly with my calendar and the client only sees what they need to. And I can easily share control with them and I love that I can brand my own video call sessions.
Cons
There is no way to take notes but I have heard this feature is on the roadmap.

Pros
What I love most about Demodesk is how all meeting participants can work on the same screen without needing to download anything. Plus it has really improved customer engagement because they can interact with the software themselves instead of just watching us demonstrate it. As they can try out a real use case not just mock data.
Cons
The user interface could definitely use some improvements especially in the settings, but I was able to figure out how the main features like the meeting page work on their own.

Pros
There is no need to download anything and there are no lag issues. Instead it has a clean interface. Also it lets me record sessions and share interactive screen views which is great.
Cons
A few things that I feel are missing are chat functionality and there is no integration with Intercom.

Pros
Demodesk feels much more suited for pitching a solution or demonstrating software to clients than traditional screen sharing tools. The biggest advantage for me is that it is cloud based. Plus I do not have to share my local screen with all my personal info and notifications popping up. And I can keep things clean and distraction free while showing the customer. I also love how easy it is to share mouse control with my clients without needing any browser extensions.
Cons
So far I have not found anything that I really dislike about it. However there are a few smaller features that could be added that will make it even better.
