“Outdated UI and weak support”
Pros
The pricing is reasonable but the platform really needs improvements to its UI/UX, integrations and overall performance.
Cons
Support and onboarding need a lot more attention and the UI, UX, AI and overall intelligence of the product still feel lacking.

“clean interface and solid integrations”
Pros
Compared with BoardDocs, the interface feels more user-friendly and is simpler to navigate. It also connects well with our other platforms which makes it a good fit for our workflow.
Cons
A downside is the occasional outage and when problems come up, support has not been able to fix them in real time.

“We liked it overall”
Pros
It lines up with the direction our organization is moving toward so it feels like a good fit for where we are headed.
Cons
From what we have seen up to this point, there are still some gaps, there are no workflows to carry items from one meeting to the next, agendas are static, there is no way to skip or override steps in the approval process and final approvals do not include signatures. It also does not offer AI for planning or many of the added board features which matters even more since government and nonprofit teams are often the most short-staffed.

“agenda-to-minutes is a big plus”
Pros
What really works well is how the agenda automatically carries over into the meeting minutes.
Cons
At times, the navigation feels confusing and it's not always obvious what some of the features are supposed to do.

“User-friendly for board members”
Pros
Our Board Members had no trouble getting comfortable with it and the admin side is pretty simple too.
Cons
Would be better with stronger support and more opportunities for learning and training.

“Great overall”
Pros
Getting started with Elevate has felt very natural and it's user friendly to use while I'm still discovering new features along the way.
Cons
The only issue that comes to mind is needing to click the button beside the items in the minutes to make the agenda move forward on screen.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Being able to set up meetings and agendas, handle recordings, manage requests to speak and maintain a website that stays fully transparent to the public has been a big plus.
Cons
Something that's missing is a third user level that sits between staff access and member-level permissions.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Having everything centralized has really helped organize the way I work and the platform is simple to use.
Cons
Nothing specific to point out right now, aside from still getting a feel for it based on how often I use it.
