Pros

The multi-level routing setup offers a lot of customization which has been really valuable.

Cons

Some routing features can feel a bit rigid at times but their team is quick to help fix, update or build out what's needed.

Pros

It automatically sorts suggestions and routes them to the right decision-maker! The anonymity option is also a big plus and the voting and commenting tools make collaboration much better. It's nice being able to customize the suggestion box to fit our needs. DirectSuggest has given both our employees and clients a stronger voice and it has made sharing ideas just as accessible for remote staff as it is for people in the office. I also appreciate that the whole workforce can take part in the ideation process.

Cons

The only thing I'd really want added is white-labeling so we could use our own logo and color scheme.
