Pros
I've been really happy using It for both my personal and business documents. It offers plenty of eSignature options and document storage solutions which I find super convenient.
Cons
It can be a bit expensive and sometimes doesn't feel very user-friendly.

“Super user friendly interface
Pros
This platform is awesome for managing documents. It's super easy to learn and set up. The user interface is really friendly and I found it very easy to get everything running.
Cons
The licensing cost is pretty high and when you try to integrate it with other platforms it adds to the overall expense.

Pros
What I love most about DocuWare is how it pulls information from scans and PDFs and organizes everything into a searchable archive. It makes scanning and finding specific info really easy and fast. I love how simple it is!

Pros
It's such a great, centralized document repository and works for pretty much everything. I can keep all my documents in one place and it's very functional.
Cons
It doesn't integrate very well with some of the major ERP platforms which can be a bit of a hassle.

“Enhances how you manage documents
Pros
It has really made document management so much easier for me. Searching for documents, classifying and filing them is all way more efficient. I don't waste time searching for stuff anymore and everything is secure.
Cons
There's nothing I'm really dissatisfied with. It's just a really good platform for organizing files and it works well for me.

“Reliable and useful software
Pros
We use DocuWare to manage customer info and orders. We mainly rely on secure storage and workflows and it's been fantastic for keeping everything organized.
Cons
DocuWare is pretty simple but it does take a bit of time to get used to. The Outlook plugin on older versions was a little inconsistent but it's definitely improved over the years.

“My most favvvv tool!
Pros
It's so easy to find my documents now. I can keep hundreds of files organized and using filters makes it super simple to find exactly what I need.
Cons
The only thing I've found a little annoying is that if I'm searching for a document, I have to enter the exact first letters or numbers. Otherwise it doesn't show up.

The interface is super interactive, so everyone on my team regardless of their tech skills can quickly get the hang of it. With OCR and advanced indexing we can find any document in seconds instead of sifting through piles of paper or messy network drives.
Cons
I don't have any complaints with this system. Whenever we needed to add features that weren't in our original setup, the support team was quick to update things without any downtime or productivity loss.
