“Easy scheduling for team reviews”
Pros
Coordinating project discussions and review meetings has been much more manageable with EasyCalendar. In product engineering, I regularly have to line up time with design, project and supplier teams so being able to see everyone's available slots in one place really helps. The calendar layout is simple and the reminders are useful. It was also simple to understand from the start so I didn't have to spend much time figuring it out. The calendar sync is another feature I rely on because it saves me from checking multiple schedules before sending out a meeting invite. I end up using it several times a week especially when setting up project reviews or follow-up conversations.
Cons
The core scheduling features do the job well but I'd still like to see more flexibility for handling recurring engineering meetings and different kinds of meeting types. Also, when a lot of project activities are packed close together, the calendar can start to feel a bit crowded.

“Our team loves it”
Pros
After spending quite a bit of time with this tool, I can say it fits small to mid-sized teams really well. The layout was very simple so checking appointments and meetings assigned to coworkers was quick and hassle-free. Throughout my use, including during actual meetings, I never ran into problems or anything inconvenient. Having software that stays dependable matters a lot especially in workplaces where even a one-minute delay can end up costing a lot.
Cons
One thing that made it frustrating was the limited number of users who could access it through separate accounts. Because of that, it sometimes felt like an app designed more for individual use than broader team use. Smaller companies especially family-run ones, may also struggle to see the value of software like this which can leave it being used mostly by trainers or recruiters. That is unfortunate because in the telecom field it can actually be very valuable for many more people.

“interactive calendar for client bookings”
Pros
Keeping up with a packed schedule is much simpler with this tool and it does a solid job helping me stay on top of appointments with my clients.
Cons
It would be even better with more features added to enhance the user experience though overall it has been excellent.

“Works so well”
Pros
Getting started with it is very simple. The layout is simple to understand right away and being able to see the entire week along with all scheduled meetings in one view is really helpful.
Cons
The free plan is pretty limited and doesn't include much especially if you need to schedule unlimited events. The paid tiers are also fairly expensive.

“complex setup!”
Pros
One thing that really worked well once we started using it was being able to let clients or leads book meetings on their own, while the calendar suggested a suitable time for them.
Cons
Trying to roll this out across the whole organization when we only wanted to test it turned into a major project. The setup was complicated and came with plenty of prerequisites before we could even begin using it. Because of that, it felt like there are other tools out there that handle the same job and sometimes even more, in a much simpler and more efficient way than this.

“my scheduling companion”
Pros
Keeping my schedule organized and staying on top of important events and tasks felt much more manageable with this software. The interface is user-friendly so using it is simple and doesn't take much effort to get used to.
Cons
I didn't run into anything I disliked about it. I used it for around four months and had a positive experience throughout. It also works well as a solid alternative to Google Calendar.

“smooth sync and reminders”
Pros
Right from the start, it has been very simple to work with. It connects effortlessly with other tools and the integrations with Zoom, Salesforce and similar platforms work without any hassle. The reminder system is also excellent and does a really good job.
Cons
honestly I can't point to anything I dislike about EasyCalendar. It's simple, well designed and works reliably. Even the free version is good enough for small businesses so I really don't have any complaints to mention.

“user-friendly scheduling!”
Pros
Switching away from writing appointments in a book has made a huge difference in my daily work. It really brought the change I needed and it's simple to understand and use. It's also very user-friendly for our clients which has made the whole scheduling process better for everyone.
Cons
The only real downside with this is that it feels quite similar to some of its competitors. That said, I do appreciate that they offer a free trial before you commit to purchasing their service.

“Great integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with a wide range of tools like HubSpot and other CRMs. I previously used it with Zoho, for instance and it worked really conveniently. It also syncs with Gmail for Google Calendar and connects nicely with video meeting and event tools such as Zoom or GoToMeeting. Because of that, creating new contacts, setting up appointments and nurturing them through the CRM becomes much more manageable. A few more positives worth mentioning.. No ads, Works on both Android and iOS, includes a free version
Cons
Honestly even the free version is solid so I can't really point to anything I dislike or feel is missing. It comes with plenty of features and genuinely adds value. It makes scheduling appointments simpler and also helps with creating contacts directly inside the CRM.
