“The support team is great but it needs improvements in other areas
Pros
The support team is very responsive. They are easy to work with and always provide helpful information. Also they are always open to discussing any issues that I come up with.
Cons
There has been a simple issue with how emails pass information to new appointments. It is been a problem for a while and we still have not gotten any real answers. Also the site's availability is not as reliable as some other apps and we have experienced more outages than we should.

Not only is it very easy to use but affordable and I find the support simply the best.
Cons
I have not found anything I dislike about it. It has all the features I need.

“Information always available
Pros
Engageware is an excellent knowledge base system that is perfect for servicing both our internal and external members.
Cons
The sales team can be a bit too pushy and demanding. Plus I feel like the system could use better reminder settings and a new interface for our internal members.

“Works best for our scheduling needs
Pros
It is definitely my top choice for appointment scheduling in my business management process.
Cons
I feel like it would be great if it could improve its customer service, especially for technical issues and make it faster and more advanced.

“I wish they had a mobile app!
Pros
Well it provides a simple way to link our calendar with a service where people can easily schedule a call with us.
Cons
Well I would prefer having an app for my phone to manage everything. It works great in Chrome on my Mac but Safari does not seem to work as well.

“An easy entry point for beginners
Pros
It is really beginner-friendly, even for those who are not tech- avvy. We can use it on a website or as a link in emails or social media. Plus it is easy to block off our available meeting times in Google Calendar and sync everything.
Cons
I liked it well enough but I switched to a different software when I got a lifetime membership deal that totaled the same as the monthly cost of this one.

“Few features for the price
Pros
TimeTrade integrates perfectly with Google Calendar. The branding options are great and I find it quite easy to use.
Cons
It is more expensive than other schedulers. Plus the live link feature which is a must for me is not available.

“Not the one I would recommend
Pros
Setting it up in the beginning was pretty simple which amazed me.
Cons
They seemed comfortable with where they were and did not show much interest in innovating or offering better customer service. Also it was really hard to leave once we found a better tool we liked which cost a fraction of what we were paying.

“Saves you time
Pros
It is an amazing tool for scheduling appointments and it's saved me so much time by eliminating all the back and forth trying to find a suitable time.
Cons
It has some issues, but I hope they will resolve them soon.

“Only one feature and it's not great
Pros
My favorite part about TimeTrade is that it lets my customers book time with me directly and it syncs seamlessly with my calendar.
Cons
The calendar feature that my customers use to book time feels outdated and is not the most user-friendly option. And sometimes I feel like it actually discourages people from booking. Plus setting it up is not the easiest.

“Simplifies the booking process for clients
Pros
Well all my customers love it and find it really easy to use and I get all the information I need to keep my schedule organized.
Cons
There have been times I wished it had more features but honestly, I don't really need them.

“Does the job but has potential for improvement
Pros
I really like how easily it integrates with Outlook to add meeting scheduling links.
Cons
Well I do not like that it only adds a buffer after meetings, not before which can cause a back-to-back effect with previous appointments.

“Ideal scheduling solution for higher ed
Pros
Our office uses TimeTrade to schedule meetings with prospective graduate applicants and to set up online interviews with select candidates. TimeTrade is the best because it allows our recruiters to choose their individual availability and only share those specific times with applicants. The TimeTrade links are sent automatically through our CRM making the interview registration process smooth and efficient.
Cons
We have not integrated TimeTrade with our CRM yet, so we have to manage data across two separate systems. This makes things a bit tricky for our recruiters who prefer to see everything in one place.

“Reliable option
Pros
This is a really great tool for my customers to schedule meetings easily. Also it is awesome that when someone books a meeting, stakeholders are automatically alerted that the meeting is set.
Cons
It feels a bit clunky and does not look very modern. The colleague who manages the technology for our team is not too fond of it either and says some features are missing that she wishes were available.

“Does what it's supposed to do well
Pros
The documentation on how to set up appointments in the system is proven really helpful for me.
Cons
In the beginnig it was not very intuitive. I had to search through the customer service files for tutorials. Also the customer service info is on a different site from where you set up the appointment parameters so I was a bit confused at first. It would be nice if that could be streamlined.
