One thing that really works is the combination of affordable pricing, worldwide coverage solid security and a polished overall experience. It comes across as one of the strongest all-around online fax services available.

Cons

Where it falls short is mostly in customer support, billing hassles, plan restrictions and some compliance shortcomings. Those problems appear repeatedly in verified user feedback and expert evaluations.

Honestly I have no complaints. It's been excellent and as I mentioned before, customer service was efficient and handled my issue immediately.

Switching to an online fax service has been a much better experience than dealing with physical hardware. Traditional machines eventually break down and need regular attention and when they stop working, you are still stuck paying the phone company for the line. With online faxing, that hassle is gone. The web portal is also well organized and simple to navigate. Another big plus is that the fax history is saved automatically so it's easy to go back and find something later when needed.

Cons

Something that could be improved is having better options for routing incoming faxes to different email addresses. Maybe that's something available on a higher-priced plan, I'm not sure. As it stands now, the person managing the web portal is not always the one who actually needs to receive the faxes.

Sending faxes with it is simple, the interface is well designed and everything feels user friendly to use. I also appreciate getting email confirmations that let me know whether the fax was delivered successfully.

Didn't recognize the charge at first and placed a stop payment. As soon as they contacted me, I canceled that stop payment right away but they still keep denying me access even after I sent proof that it had been reversed. Their customer service has been absolutely terrible.

Handling all my faxes from a single app on my phone has been incredibly convenient. The email-to-fax option really helps keep work moving quickly and without extra steps. There is not a lot for me to criticize but I will say that some features come with added costs. My biggest issue is that everything is not included under one flat price. I can also see text-to-fax becoming more useful in the future and I do wish that feature were available.

Customer support is basically nonexistent. The fax service is often down for days at a time and every attempt to get it resolved just leads to automated replies with useless questions. There seems to be no real quality control or commitment to offering a dependable service which is a major failure for something where reliability matters most.

Setting up the account was quick and looked like it happened automatically which initially made the service seem convenient.

Right after activation, I wasn't able to send or receive any faxes at all. When I tried reaching customer support, I discovered they're based in Europe so nobody was available when I needed help. Because of that, I missed a number of time- documents for nearly 8 hours and by the time they finally came through, the deadline had already passed. I had no way to figure out why the account wasn't functioning and it only started working after their team checked into it which makes it seem like something was never properly activated in the first place. While I was scrambling to get the number working, I upgraded to the premium plan but that didn't fix anything either. What made it worse is that the basic plan costs $5.99 and premium is $11.99 yet when I upgraded, I was charged the full $11.99 instead of just the difference. I emailed them asking to be moved back to the basic plan and to have the premium fee refunded but they still haven't addressed that request. They replied to other parts of my email but there has been no refund. At minimum, I should be refunded the difference.
