“versatile boards and polished transitions”
Pros
Can be used both online and as a desktop app which is great because it gives me the flexibility to work from wherever I want. I use it a lot to create presentation boards and the fact that it exports to practically every format is excellent. When it comes to building transition effects between pages, it really stands out especially since it's so widely used for UX work and includes a lot of tools that help with that. It makes presentations look much more professional. I still want to learn more about UX so I can get even more out of the program.
Cons
Something I do notice is that the software feels a bit heavy at times. When I'm working with larger files, it starts to lag a little and becomes slow. I think that part could definitely be improved.

“really good tool”
Pros
One of the software's strongest features is its collaborative nature. UX and UI designers can work together on prototype design and as a UX writer I'm also able to edit the copy directly. Best of all, every change syncs in real time so everyone always has access to the latest updated version of the product. On top of that, the tool becomes even more powerful with complementary plugins. Ever since I discovered the software, it has become my favorite tool for team design. It lets us leave comments, tag teammates, test prototypes and much more, giving us a complete online collaboration experience.
Cons
Using the software requires an internet connection so the signal really needs to stay stable. If you work somewhere with internet issues, your workflow can definitely be affected. The mobile version is only really useful for testing the prototype.

“Great for team design”
Pros
Working in the software has been a big plus for remote collaboration. Since it's cloud-based, teams can work together from anywhere and features like grids, symbols and version control help make the design process faster and more efficient. The interface is also very approachable, with real-time previews and quick access to tools so getting started doesn't take much effort. I'm especially happy with how well it supports communication and idea-sharing across a team.
Cons
One part I'm not very happy with is how limited it feels when trying to show true responsive behavior in a design. There are tools to create layouts for different screen sizes but components still need to be adjusted separately for each version instead of using one design that automatically adapts everywhere. When working on a more complex project, that becomes pretty repetitive and time-consuming.

“clean interface for prototyping”
Pros
Right from the start, the software feels very simple to work with and the interface is visually appealing as well. It really shines when it comes to prototyping and wireframing and creating basic designs and UI elements is very easy in the tool.
Cons
A limitation is that it leans heavily toward 2D work so there are not many options for 3D. If you're planning to build more complex website designs, you may need to look at other software such as Photoshop.

“quite useful”
Pros
Using the software for design work has been a really positive experience. The part I appreciate most is how quickly interactive prototypes can be built. Its prototyping tools feel very user friendly and it makes it possible to put together polished, high-quality prototypes in very little time. On top of that, the software is excellent for real-time collaboration with colleagues which makes it especially valuable for team-based projects.
Cons
The area that feels weakest to me is the text handling. Even though the software includes plenty of font choices, working with text is not always comfortable. Text formatting can be a bit hard to figure out and dealing with line breaks does not always feel very accessible.

“Clear diagrams and better idea flow”
Pros
A really simple way to organize ideas and turn them into diagrams making each concept and interpretation much easier to understand and visualize. It helps create a stronger flow of ideas so overall it's a very useful platform.
Cons
The only thing I dislike a bit is that the customer support team can take a while to respond to tickets.

“best tool”
Pros
Real-time collaboration makes updates and design changes happen instantly which is really helpful when working with a team. It's very user friendly for web designers, sharing files is easy and the wide range of supported plugins adds a lot of flexibility. I also appreciate the custom frame selection options and the ability to export design assets in formats like JPG, PNG and SVG.
Cons
It can't really be used without an internet connection which is a clear limitation. The customization options also feel somewhat restricted and motion design features still need improvement.

“collaboration that just clicks”
Pros
Right from the first time I used it I was hooked. It was very accessible to understand and not struggling to learn it made me appreciate it even more. On top of that, the collaborative features let me work in real time with my team which has been a huge plus.
Cons
I can't point to anything I dislike about the software. I'd gladly recommend it whenever someone asks.

“Live previews”
Pros
Considering what the app is built to do, the software delivers really well across the board. It lets you design and build an interface completely from scratch and you can even add basic UI interactions along the way. One thing that works especially well is being able to preview the prototype in its actual usage context on the relevant device, with changes updating in real time as you make them.
Cons
At first getting familiar with how the software works can be a little challenging especially because of terms and features like Components and Pages. That said once you go through a few tutorial videos, it becomes much easier to understand how those parts function.

“Encourages teamwork”
Pros
One of the things I really enjoy about the software is how versatile it is for prototype design. My team relies on it to build wireframes and prototype layouts for web, mobile and desktop apps and it handles all of those use cases really well. Being able to export our prototype work in different formats is another big plus. The collaboration tools are also a huge advantage since the whole design team can share feedback in real time and keep refining ideas together which helps us finish projects faster and end up with better-quality prototypes.
Cons
Working in the software without an internet connection can be frustrating because the offline functions is fairly limited. On top of that some of the more advanced features are difficult to use which can make the platform less approachable for designers who are not at an advanced skill level.

Pros
The prototyping and collaboration tools are where the software really shines. The built-in voice call feature has made it much simpler to present my designs to stakeholders without leaving the app.

“Handy plugins”
Pros
Using the software feels very accessible which is probably the part I appreciate most. On top of that, there are plenty of useful plugins and ready-made templates available to work with. It also makes it very simple for multiple users to collaborate and coordinate on the same file at the same time.
Cons
The prototyping features still have room for improvement. A few capabilities that exist in other prototyping tools are missing here, such as managing variables and similar functions.

“Brand assets for everyone”
Pros
Creating brand guidelines and shared assets in the software is really easy and anyone on the team can use them, not just designers. That takes a lot of smaller requests off the design team's plate and gives other people across the company the freedom to handle those tasks themselves.
Cons
The prototyping tools are very useful but setting them up can be pretty complicated. Sometimes it's genuinely difficult to get everything working properly and the files can become quite heavy and slow to load.
