“Contains community files”
Pros
Finest aspect of the software is the community section where other designers share their working files. You can duplicate them and avoid having to start from scratch. It also comes with tons and tons of plugins that make using the platform much more practical whether you use it on the web or through the desktop app. And if you're working in the web version, autosave is a really helpful plus.
Cons
The part I like the least is the export process since the output can end up looking pixelated.

“my thoughts”
Pros
One of the best things about the software is the huge number of plugins available. The community keeps adding useful contributions and that really makes the product even better.
Cons
One concern I have is the news that Adobe may acquire them :/ That could end up affecting the product's pricing in a bad way.

“sooo good!”
Pros
Being able to work as a team is a big advantage and the free libraries packed with content are really useful. There are also plenty of discussion blogs that help with ideas and sharing knowledge.
Cons
The software is only in English and there still aren't many online tutorials available for practicing.

“what a software”
Pros
Being able to track my prototypes through the app is really useful. It's free, simple to use and works right in the browser. I also appreciate that there are frequent updates that address issues users have faced and the community is a big plus too.
Cons
I need an internet connection to open and use the software.

“Impressive”
Pros
What I really like about the tool is how much it offers for free. Compared with Adobe apps, it feels far less restrictive and being able to use plugins right in the middle of the design process is incredibly convenient. The community side is also really useful when I need inspiration or want to start from ready-made templates.
Cons
My only real complaint with the software is that it depends on having a strong internet connection and doesn't work offline. The cloud-based setup is definitely useful but offline access still feels like a feature it really needs.

“Creative flow”
Pros
What I've enjoyed most is how simple it is to put my ideas together and sketch them out in the software just by dragging and placing images, icons, vectors and other elements.
Cons
At times, the side panels get in the way and block part of the sketch while I'm working.

“user friendly”
Pros
It's user friendly, highly accessible and even without being a designer, I can use it without any trouble.
Cons
I've only been using it for less than six months so at this point I honestly don't have any negative feedback to share.

“templates for quick start”
Pros
There are so many templates available even for someone who hadn't used it before. I was specifically looking for a way to map out opportunity solution trees and it was really helpful to see that the software already had built-in templates for that. The interface is highly responsive and once I'm working in it, I can stay focused without constantly checking extra documents.
Cons
File organization could definitely be more accessible. I'd also love to have the option to tag specific objects with comments and mention a teammate directly. I'm also hoping the Adobe acquisition doesn't end up changing the overall the software experience too much.

“Low price”
Pros
For a low price, the software includes everything needed to design UI/UX pages and the collaboration features are especially advanced. It works just as well on PC as on Mac whether through the desktop app or directly in the browser, unlike Adobe XD which requires downloading the app.
Cons
From a purely design-creation standpoint, the software is a little less powerful than Adobe XD but its real-time collaboration on either the app or the web is a major advantage.

“practical spacing and usability”
Pros
The spacing controls between items work really well and the platform is generally very easy to use.
Cons
At the same time some basic actions can be oddly hard to do, like cropping an image or adding an underline to text.

“what a resource!”
Pros
One of the best parts is the community, where people keep adding plugins, templates, icon packs, design systems and libraries. It's really helpful that all of these contributions are available for free so any the software user can access a huge range of resources through the community.
Cons
Page loading can be pretty slow and take longer than expected. It also becomes limiting when there's no internet connection since it doesn't work offline.

“Many impressive features”
Pros
It's hard to know where to start because there's so much to appreciate here. The free plan is a great entry point, the collaboration features make working with others feel natural and the interface is very accessible. I also appreciate that the toolset is intentionally limited in the best way so it never feels overwhelming and the workspace stays free of clutter I don't need. It took me under an hour to really get comfortable with how the platform works and now I've built up thousands of files in the software.
Cons
I don't really have any real complaints about the software. The only issue I ran into was the collaboration limit on the free plan but that's understandable. The paid plan is reasonably priced anyway so upgrading just felt like the natural next step.

“perfect fit”
Pros
Since I started using the software in 2018, its biggest strength has always been the live collaboration feature. Even now, that remains incredibly useful in day-to-day work. Being able to build prototypes and share them online so easily is another major advantage I rely on all the time. The community side is also a real plus, with plenty of resources, support and plugins available. On top of that, the overall UX feels very polished, pleasant to use and well optimized for everyday design work.
Cons
Because it runs online, the software can sometimes lag a bit. Also, it is not available offline.

“All in one design powerhouse”
Pros
Out of all the UX/UI tools I've worked with this one has been the best by far. It lets me do much more than just build prototypes.. I can handle the entire design process in one place. I'm not even getting into the animation side which is honestly a massive game changer especially for interactive designers. Overall I'd absolutely give this software a 10/10.
Cons
I can't point to any real downside. As a multidisciplinary designer, it gives me everything I need to prototype, animate and keep my projects organized without any trouble.

“best tool”
Pros
When it comes to digital design, the software really feels like the top software on the market. The way it connects designers and developers is genuinely game-changing. I honestly haven't seen another tool in the same category that delivers this well today. Building design systems, collaborating with stakeholders across different roles and having multiple designers work in the same file at the same time.. all of it being cloud-based.. makes it feel complete. Perfect.
Cons
There's very little to complain about with this software. Of course, there are always going to be extra features someone might wish for but that's true of any platform. At this point, those are just nice-to-have additions and nothing that feels important or critical at all.

“collabs made easy”
Pros
Working with the software has made team design projects much more collaborative and easy. What I appreciate most is how multiple designers and stakeholders in different locations can jump in at the same time and work together on ideas without any friction.
Cons
One downside is that larger design projects can start to lag especially when there are a lot of collaborators involved and the files contain heavier design assets. That seems to be one of the trade-offs of the software being entirely browser-based.

“Positive experience”
Pros
Has been excellent to work with the software thanks to its real-time collaboration, clean and polished prototyping animations and support across multiple platforms. The interface feels very user friendly, all files are saved in the cloud and the large asset library is a big help. Sharing files is quick and importing or exporting files is very convenient as well.
Cons
A few things could still be improved. Prototypes do not always load properly in some browsers like Google Chrome and copying objects directly from Adobe into the software is not possible. Image export quality could be better and having to restart the app in the middle of work can be frustrating at times.

“Good handoff”
Pros
Coming from other design tools, getting up to speed with the software takes very little time. It's simple to work with and includes a lot of key features that make user testing easy and our developers really enjoy the prototypes during handoff.
Cons
From a UX standpoint there really isn't much to complain about. On the graphic design side, it does feel a bit limited when it comes to raster image options but that's pretty easy to work around.

“keeps projects moving”
Pros
Using the software has been very easy and its real-time collaboration is the feature I rely on most. Beyond that, it's also very useful for design work and brainstorming sessions in FigJam which makes it a versatile tool overall.
Cons
One area that could be better is the built-in image editing system. It works for basic adjustments but it would be much more useful if users had access to more advanced options beyond the default tools.

“versatile design and prototyping”
Pros
Having design and prototyping together in one place makes the software really versatile and especially useful when analyzing user interaction in software design.

Once the files become too heavy, it gets pretty hard to manage. You also need a solid understanding of how the tool works before you can use it properly.
