“Positive experience”
Pros
What I've noticed is that several people can work on the same file at the same time and it stays impressively fluid, almost like Google Docs but for design.
Cons
It is still mainly built around being online. Without an internet connection, access to projects can be limited even though there is a partial offline mode.

“minimal design powerhouse”
Pros
Compared with Adobe Photoshop this feels like a huge step up. Back when I had to work in Adobe it was a nightmare because there were just too many options and it honestly felt like I needed to take a separate course just to understand it. This tool on the other hand is simple and minimalistic which makes it really user friendly.
Cons
I don't have any complaints right now although navigating with the sidebars can sometimes be a bit harder than it should be which is a little frustrating.

“easy to use”
Pros
Working with this tool has been excellent for collaboration, design reviews and development handoff. It's easy to use, user friendly and very accessible which makes the whole process feel efficient and convenient.
Cons
No major problems. It does exactly what I need it to do, I'm able to get all my work done without trouble and overall I'm very satisfied with it.

“versatile design”
Pros
It is easily one of the strongest cross platform design tools I've used. With it I can build mobile and web interfaces, create working prototypes and put together responsive designs without any trouble. On top of that collaborating with other developers from anywhere in the world is smooth which helps me get work done much faster. From a website developer's perspective it covers everything I need on the design side and includes all the tools required to create polished prototypes and wireframes.
Cons
Don't have any complaints to mention!

“collaborative UI design boost”
Pros
Being able to work together in this platform makes designing polished user interfaces for our app much better for the whole team. Dev mode is also a big help and makes turning designs into onboarding a lot more efficient.
Cons
One thing that still feels lacking is a solid way to handle version control for screen designs in the platform. Even with a fairly simple app, if it has several screens loading everything can sometimes take quite a while.

“really shines!”
Pros
Is a web based design and prototyping platform that I believe really shines when it comes to collaborative interface design. The real time collaboration works especially well for working with UX/UI designers, developers and product teams together. It has an accessible interface, strong vector tools and a smooth developer handoff which helps make the entire design process much more efficient.
Cons
The individual plans can feel a bit expensive. Also some of the newer features still need more depth and functions especially in Figma Sites.

“Handy plugins”
Pros
Using it feels incredibly simple and quick and the plug ins make it possible to add just about any function that is not available right out of the box.

There are frequent software updates which can be pretty annoying when working on a corporate network.

“has a lot of features”
Pros
Design feels much more approachable with this software and the platform does a really nice job of making it accessible to a wide range of users. The interface looks polished and responds well which helps it stand out from other tools in this space. Collaboration clearly seems to be built into the product from day one and sharing files or inviting teammates is very easy for us. Being able to jump into a project and work with others almost instantly feels really freeing. There are also plenty of templates available and they're flexible enough to customize into something that feels original. The free plan includes a surprising amount of functions too so it's a strong place to start. I haven't spent time testing the AI features yet but they seem like the kind of addition that will catch on quickly.
Cons
An area where the platform can struggle is with very large or complex files. When a project gets especially heavy, responsiveness can slow down and the browser may occasionally crash so it's worth being careful with resource intensive work. Even though the overall user experience is very good there are still a few quirks and it can take some time to learn all of the macros and keyboard shortcuts. Since the platform is built with a cloud first approach the offline experience is also fairly limited.

“works well for me”
Pros
The collaboration in the software is the part I value most. I've been designing websites for five years and using this tool for the last three and being able to send live design links to clients and developers saves me a lot of time. I used it to design orirides.com.
Cons
A downside is that it can become a little slow when I'm working on very complex designs especially files with large images. I assume that has something to do with it being cloud based.

“flexible tool”
Pros
Working in this vector design tool feels very easy. It's simple to handle different shapes and layers, import images and there's also a lot of flexibility when it comes to the fonts you can use.
Cons
Sometimes it can feel a bit limiting. For example having an eraser tool for images would make it much easier to achieve the exact design result you want.

“popular choice with useful design kits”
Pros
Since it's so widely used across the industry several people on our team had already worked with it which really cut down the initial difficulty and saved time in our workflow. Overall it feels simple to work with especially for people who don't have much UX design experience. The free tier is helpful, the paid add ons give you room to expand and the pre built design kits are a nice bonus. I'd definitely use it again!
Cons
At times though it can feel a little frustrating and I wish the interface were more visually friendly especially with things like stronger color contrast. There were also moments when it was hard to follow the flow of what other teammates were trying to communicate. I think it could improve by showing a clearer timeline or flowchart for how to click through a wireframe or some kind of visual direction that makes each team member's thinking more obvious. That would help keep everyone aligned and probably reduce meeting time as well.

“keeps my projects organized”
Pros
Putting together full documents in this software has been really convenient! I can build everything in one place, arrange it exactly how I want and export the whole project as a PDF right away. It also feels much more organized than using something like Photoshop since I'm not stuck managing a bunch of files on my desktop. Everything stays right there which is a big reason it has become the desktop app I use the most.
Cons
The free plan feels fairly limiting. I'd really like to see more pages and files included for people who don't want to pay for a subscription. Opening shared files can be frustrating too because the links tend to open in the browser automatically and sometimes they won't load unless the cache or cookies are cleared.

“Game changer”
Pros
Working with others in this software has been a really positive experience for me especially because the collaboration features are so well done and the interface is simple to use.

“all-in-one platform”
Pros
Everything is easy to figure out and the platform is very simple to use. It brings together a wide range of features in one place including FigJam for building low fidelity prototypes, slides and other tools a software developer would typically need. Having all of that in a single product is really valuable for us.
Cons
Font selection is not complete and even when some fonts are installed locally, the software does not always display all of them which can be frustrating. Also if you need story mapping boards you usually have to look for them online since they are not shown directly in the app for beginners.

“invite access broke my workflow”
Pros
At first glance it felt easy to use during the brief time I had access through the invite but after that first session the invite stopped working and I couldn't continue. I also created an account yet it didn't automatically link to the file I had been editing a few days earlier which was really frustrating.
Cons
The invite only worked a single time and once I signed up for an account it still didn't connect my email address to the file I had just been working on. That completely interrupted my workflow and left me stuck waiting for a fix.
