Pros
I really enjoy using it, it's very simple to use, easy to set up and saves me a lot of time. It has completely transformed the way I work with video meetings.
Cons
It lacks support for the French language and it would be great to have the option to change the Fireflies logo during video conferences. People are often surprised to see a new member appear in the meeting.

“Boosting my productivity”
Pros
The speed, reliability and userfriendliness are impressive. The chrome extension provides real time transcriptions and the ability to send or use this data with AI bots is amazing. With Fireflies and similar tools, I can significantly increase the amount of information I process and produce for our clients. It's very simple to set up and integrate into our daily processes.
Cons
I would like Accessing the transcript from the website to be smoother. There should be a seamless transition to an AI chat, email or document with a simple copypaste. Right now I have to download my data which can be useful but isn't part of the usual workflow.

Pros
It's not just for transcribing conversations, whether online or offline. I appreciate the meeting summaries, key highlights, and action items. And I can analyze outputs across multiple meetings. This saves me so much time and they're usually spot on!
Cons
I'm not entirely sure what Fireflies.ai does with all the captured meeting data. Where is it stored? Is it safe? What about privacy??? I sometimes get these types of questions (no one objects to using this tool during meetings but they do have concerns) and I can't seem to find the answers easily.

The simplicity of use is great. The transcripts are quick and easy to access and the summaries are very helpful.
Cons

“The most practical AI tool at the moment”
Pros
It supports several languages, not just English. It works with Polish at 95% accuracy, which is more than good enough for me. The chrome extension works flawlessly sometimes I barely notice it's even on.
Cons
Seriously I haven't faced any problems so far and I've been using it for six months.
