“One of the best”

Pros

It's been a very dependable platform for my clients to dial into. One feature that really helps is getting an email after each call with the details of who joined and their phone numbers. Having the option to record calls and listen to them again is extremely useful as well. I also appreciate being notified when someone enters the line or disconnects. Another big plus is that it can handle hundreds of participants on a single call at the same time.

Cons

The only thing I'd want added is an operator who could answer the call first and then transfer everyone into the conference line.

“Excellent value”

Pros

Right from the start, the simplicity and sound quality have been outstanding. We've paid for other products before and still didn't get the level of quality this service delivers. Even though we're only using it for basic phone conferencing, we've been more than satisfied with what it provides. Another big advantage is knowing we won't need to change platforms when we're ready to grow and use more of its features.

Cons

We don't have any complaints about this software. As mentioned earlier, the audio quality, customer service and overall value feel unmatched in the market from our perspective.

“useful reports”

Pros

After using it for more than ten years, it's been a very dependable tool for me. One thing I really appreciate is being able to schedule calls while I'm out and about or traveling. The newer features that include video conferencing have also been a nice addition. The part that has helped most though, is the reporting side. Being able to monitor business calls is really important and the recording feature captures the key details needed to keep meetings productive and successful.

Cons

If I had to pick one thing I don't care for, it would be the hold music. It hasn't changed in years so at this point I'm probably just tired of hearing it.

“accurate attendance tracking”

Pros

One of the best parts is that it's free. I can record the audio from my meetings which means I don't have to keep written minutes anymore. The call-in numbers and access codes stay the same from one meeting to the next so it's simple for my board members to join without confusion. I also really value having a record of each person's actual time on the call especially when I'm running a continuing education class because it lets me verify and document that participants attended the full session.

Cons

Screen sharing and recording tools can be a bit difficult to figure out at first but once you learn how to use them, they work very well.

“conference calling done right”

Pros

Having a simple conference call service that's actually free has been a big plus for us. Everyone in the organization gets their own dedicated conference call number which means we never have to worry about overlapping meetings happening on the same line. It's simple and very user-friendly, both for the admin managing it and for the people using it day to day.

Cons

It doesn't come with a lot of extra features or fancy add-ons but honestly that can be seen as a benefit too since I think that's part of what makes it so approachable and simple to use.

“Excellent tool”

Pros

Truly, this is a hassle-free conferencing service for me and has quickly turned into an essential way to stay connected. I've used it for family conversations, church groups, membership organizations and office communication. Whether someone prefers traditional conference calls or video meetings, it offers plenty of flexibility which makes it a very practical communication tool. The unlimited participant option is especially valuable for larger groups. Another reason I appreciate it is that there's no cost, no credit card requirement and no binding contract involved, just an email address and password to get started. Also, I can use it without dealing with ads, awkward pauses or irritating background noise. The service itself has been excellent and the call quality has been consistently very strong. It's not limited to business use either since it works just as well for keeping family and friends connected when everyone needs the same information. At this point, I really trust it and feel very loyal to it.

Cons

The only thing I like less about FreeConferenceCall.com is that some of the functions could be explained more clearly. Aside from that, I've been satisfied every time I've used it.

“I recommend it!”

Pros

Getting a conferencing tool that is genuinely 100% free is pretty rare and this one really delivers on that with no hidden catch. It seems like they use it as a way to introduce people to more advanced features in their other products but as a standalone free option, it has been excellent. The call quality is consistently strong and dependable and over several years of using it, I have not run into a single issue during a call. It also lets me record meetings and download the audio later for archiving which is very useful. Also, the presenter controls make it simple to manage calls by muting attendees and keeping things organized. The report provided after each call is another helpful feature since it shows who joined and how long they stayed.

Cons

Does not include the more advanced conferencing features you might find in paid tools but considering that it costs nothing, that is tough to criticize too much. The free plan also does not really come with customer support although I personally have never had a reason to contact them.

“fantastic calling and reporting”

Pros

After using FCC for quite a while, I was even more excited once they launched the business premium package. The interface software, apps and overall setup are all very simple. I also really appreciate the default settings and the reporting features. Call quality is clear, reports update instantly and both the desktop and Android apps work really well. I've only had to reach out to support once and that experience was effective, fast and timely too. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

Can't think of anything I dislike about this software.

“so convenient to schedule”

Pros

Running calls as a host on it has been a really positive experience. It's the conferencing software my company prefers and the feature I use most is the online call management. During training sessions, the host can mute everyone else when needed and quickly check who has joined the call which makes managing the session much easier.

Cons

One downside is that it doesn't work very well with our Polycom phones so when I need to record training calls, I have to rely on the online tools instead.

“feature-packed !”

Pros

Compared with plenty of pricier tools, this one delivers a very similar feature set without the high cost. Having the choice to use it on desktop, web or mobile makes it a much more flexible option day to day. The Google Calendar plugin is also really handy for booking meetings and sending bulk invites without much effort.

Cons

So considering this is a free option, there's honestly very little to fault. The only thing that can be inconvenient is the desktop app requirement especially for people who don't have admin privileges though there are other ways to access it when needed.

“You will love it”

Pros

Getting started with it was quick and the fact that it's free is a big plus. I wasn't the one who handled the setup but as an end user, it worked exactly the way we needed it to.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints though.

“reliable messaging for healthcare”

Pros

Using this service every day has been a huge plus for our team. It's very simple to work with, we haven't experienced downtime and it feels secure while still being extremely affordable. In healthcare, communication is critical and this platform does a really good job of keeping staff connected so everyone stays aligned and up to date on patient needs.

Cons

Honestly there's very little to complain about. The only real limitation is the cap on the number of users but our organization has never come close to exceeding it.

“works great from desktop too”

Pros

Being able to see who's on the line and talk with that same flexibility right from the computer has been really useful. The versatility of the calling experience across the desktop setup is something I definitely appreciate.

Cons

One thing that still frustrates me is that I can't always see everyone on the call. Quite often some callers seem to be hidden behind another screen and I'm not able to get to them. When that happens, I end up having to ask people to say who they are and it always catches me off guard.

“Amazing!”

Pros

Setting up a dial-in number for conference calls with multiple participants is very simple and it comes with secure, password-protected access as well. Another thing I appreciate is the detailed information provided after the call ends.

Cons

Haven't run into any issues, everything has worked well for me.

“excellent audio and sharing”

Pros

What really stands out is the audio quality especially when I compare it with some paid alternatives that don't perform as well. Screen sharing is also very simple to run which is especially helpful when the other people joining the meeting don't even have an account.

Cons

About the only downside that comes to mind is that the desktop app can sometimes be oddly difficult to locate. I often end up signing into the web portal just to start a meeting. Still, compared with the bigger issues I've run into on other conferencing platforms, this feels like a pretty minor inconvenience.

“5 stars from me”

Pros

For many years now, it has been my go-to option for hosting group conference calls. It has consistently been dependable and the fact that it's free makes it even better.

Cons

It may not offer some of the newer features that other conference call apps have but it remains reliable and free.

“trustworthy software”

Pros

There's nothing flashy about it but it gets the job done, it's free and it has never let us down when we've needed to make a call. Being able to keep the same number and access code for every call is really convenient compared with creating a new dial-in ID each time. That works well for our setup though I can see how it might be a downside for teams that need more secure calls.

Cons

Don't have any complaints.

“helpful post-call insights”

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is the post-call stats. Once a call ends, an email comes through with the call details and stats which is very useful to have.

Cons

There have been times when people calling from a VoIP phone couldn't get connected. In those cases, they usually have to hang up and call back using a landline or mobile phone.

“easy controls”

Pros

Something that works really well is letting participants join from their phones by calling a regular phone number instead of an 800 line. As the moderator, I'm also able to control who can and can't be on the call which helps keep access restricted when needed. Another helpful part is getting the attendance reports afterward so we can see who joined and follow up or reschedule another call if necessary.

Cons

Really, there isn't anything I dislike about the software. It pretty much does exactly what I need it to do.

“so good”

Pros

Right away, the biggest plus is how accessible and simple it is to use. I can rely on it for both video and audio conference calls and it also lets me set up web video meetings that can handle simultaneous voice calls without any trouble.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides. Once in a while, I run into issues with the video signal but the audio connection is usually solid.
