“great experience”
Pros
Running a nonprofit across 48 states and Canada, this has been incredibly useful for our bi-weekly meeting calls. It helps bring everyone to the table so we can share important updates and exchange information no matter where people are located.
Cons
At this point, we really don't have any complaints from our users and honestly there's nothing we dislike about using this software.

“you can depend on it for quality calls”
Pros
It does exactly what the name promises by giving people a free conference call dial-in number they can use to join calls.
Cons
Beyond that, there really isn't anything extra here. It sticks strictly to its purpose and offers only a free conference call line for people who need one.

“free but very basic”
Pros
One thing I can definitely appreciate is the price... you can use the product at no cost which makes it appealing if you're trying to keep expenses down.
Cons
At the same time, it doesn't really offer anything beyond the basics. It does exactly what it claims but there aren't any extra features or added touches included.

“best conference calling service”
Pros
After trying a number of conference call platforms over the years, it has easily been the best of the bunch. It's very simple to use, the sound quality has always been clear and I've never had issues with reliability. It's one of those services I know I can depend on every time.
Cons
Honestly it's hard to think of any real reason not to use them. There really isn't much more you could ask for from a conference call service.

“quick conference setup”
Pros
Whenever I need to arrange a conference call for more than three people, this is the tool I go to. The setup wizard only takes around five minutes and I can even email the attendant directly from within the software.
Cons
A downside is that it doesn't connect with other software platforms especially CRM systems like Salesforce.

“features are awesome”
Pros
Getting a free conference call service that's this simple to use is tough to argue with. There are no ads to deal with, just sign up, get a phone number and access code and start hosting calls. It also includes a recording feature and international numbers are available too.
Cons
Con is that the phone numbers can be toll calls for certain people. Some people may also run into problems when dialing in although backup phone numbers are provided.

“So good”
Pros
One thing that immediately sets this apart is how rare it is to find a SaaS like this with absolutely no cap on webinar or call participants. Seriously, there are no limits. Also, you can record your webinars and replay them later. FCC also includes 1GB of free storage and gives you control over access with password protection. Because of that, setting up an evergreen webinar system only takes a few minutes. That's easily one of the strongest features FCC offers.
Cons
So the latest update already fixed the main issues I had, like presentation sharing and recording. At this point, the only downside I can really mention is that, as with any big new update, there can be small bugs or minor issues their team still needs to iron out. Even then, that barely feels like a real complaint because the software has been that good overall.

“excellent screen sharing for longer calls”
Pros
Running meetings with it has been pretty simple and most participants don't run into any trouble using it. It handles larger groups well, with solid support for up to 100 people. The screen sharing is especially impressive and attendees have mentioned more than once that the platform is simple to navigate.
Cons
My biggest issue with this service is that it isn't actually free for everyone. A lot of my remote participants still have trouble joining because their mobile carriers don't allow calls to the number, even when it's supposed to be toll-free. Also, they often end up getting charged extra just to connect.

“smooth screen sharing”
Pros
Having a free tool that supports screen sharing, along with plenty of other features, has been a huge plus. I'm looking forward to digging into everything it can do. I've been using it during client calls to share my screen and connecting with clients has been very simple. Being able to pause the screen share and start it again without any hassle is especially useful. It also helps that I can just send over a simple link by email or invite them directly and they're able to view my screen without trouble.
Cons
One thing I'm not a fan of is that clients have to enter their email address before joining the screen share. I really wish that step weren't necessary.

“clear calls without interruptions”
Pros
Every time I've used this tool, it has worked without any problems. The instructions are simple for both the person leading the call and everyone joining and I really appreciate that even though it's a free service, there aren't any annoying ads to sit through before starting a group call.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints. I don't use the service very often but whenever I do, the whole experience has been simple and hassle-free.

“10/10 from me”
Pros
It has been a dependable tool for me for years. One thing I especially appreciate is that it keeps my phone number private which really matters when I'm joining conference calls from my personal phone while traveling or away from my desk. That added privacy makes me feel secure. Setting up and using conference call sessions is also very simple.
Cons
Can't point to any downside with this software. I've used it for years without running into any technical issues and I've never even needed to reach out to customer support.

“scheduling made easy”
Pros
Consistently, this tool worked well for me especially when I'm sharing my screen for PowerPoint presentations and webinars. The idea of having a personal Online Room feels a bit different from other meeting platforms at first but once you understand how it works, it's actually very logical. The built-in Outlook toolbar is also really convenient for scheduling meetings and adding them straight to the calendar.

“solid option!”
Pros
If you only need to set up calls once in a while, this is a really good free option that gets the job done without any hassle.
Cons
Feature-wise, it's pretty limited and doesn't try to be more than it is. It handles a basic scheduling need but not much beyond that.

“free and amazing”
Pros
Being totally free is a huge plus. We use this service every week for team conference calls and I also bring it into client conversations whenever more than two people need to join. The dial-in process is very simple and it has been consistently reliable without letting us down which is impressive for a free tool.
Cons
It's difficult to find much to complain about when it comes to the functionality of a free conference call service.

“easy to record meetings”
Pros
Getting a dedicated number is simple and the platform is very simple to use. Call recording is a really useful feature and the dial-in number is always accessible whenever I need it. I also appreciate that there are consistently lines available for people to join the call without issues.
Cons
The part that slows things down a bit is the time it takes to connect, along with the message that plays before joining a conference call.

“Excellent quality”
Pros
One of the biggest wins here is right in the name, it's free. Beyond that, the feature set is honestly impressive, audio and video meetings, call recording for playback later, screen sharing and even very clear dial-in details for domestic versus international callers and for hosts versus participants. That part might sound minor but it makes a real difference because it's so much simpler to understand and explain to other people. A lot of competing services seem to overcomplicate something that should be simple. On top of all that, the audio and video quality during calls has been outstanding.
Cons
I genuinely can't point to a single downside I've run into while using this for client calls. The experience has been reliably high quality every time and I've actually recommended it as a better option than some overpriced, awkward audio and video conferencing platforms.

“fantastic remote meeting tool”
Pros
At first glance, the free price tag seems like the biggest advantage but the real surprise is how well the platform is built. The setup is simple, the audio quality is excellent and the extra features are genuinely useful, like call report emails sent straight to the admin after meetings and the option to record calls when needed. It's a valuable tool for any team working remotely or for situations where clients and managers need to join group discussions.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about this free software. A plus!!

“quite dependable!”
Pros
Using it has been very simple. You can choose from several different phone numbers and both the PINs and admin codes are simple to use and remember. The call quality has been excellent and accessing the recordings is really convenient.
Cons
Something that could be improved is what happens when the wrong PIN is entered. Instead of correcting you, it just leaves you waiting for the administrator to open the meeting.
