“Lives up to its name
Pros
GoodTime had made scheduling so much easier. The process is smooth and simple. The data, analysis and insights have really helped us understand the process and pinpoint our mistakes. Plus the customer support is also quick to resolve any doubts or issues we have.
Cons
It does not always show all the available time slots. Sometimes it misses multiple slots even when the calendar shows availability. The app also crashes occasionally showing no results which is frustrating as it causes distruption in our workflow.

Pros
What I love most is how it simplifies the invites and reduces the recruiter's workload.
Cons
There is not much I dislike but since I am using Goodtime to send invites and manage interviews the tool crashes quite often.

“Loving it
Pros
The ease of use is definitely a highlight for me. I also really appreciate the great customer support as they are always there to help with any questions. Plus the new update has made my scheduling much more organized.
Cons
I noticed some outages over the past week but overall, they are really quick to address any issues.

“The best AI software
Pros
It has proven quite helpful for scheduling interviews for consultants and sending invites to everyone, so they are notified. Plus it has really simplified our interview process and our entire team is really happy using this software.
Cons
From our perspective the only downside is the glitches. It happens a lot and it can be pretty annoying.

Pros
Using Goodtime is so easy. As a lot of the complex scheduling tasks are automated into one tool cutting down the time and effort I used to spent on scheduling. Also it integrates smoothly with MS Teams and Outlook.
Cons
I do not think there are any real drawbacks. The customer support team works quite hard to fix any issues that come up.

I love how easy it is to search for interviewers using just a few parameters and the tagging tool is quite handy too. Also it is amazing how it updates and sends all the interview invites at once. It helps me spend more time focusing on recruiting instead of getting bogged down with scheduling. Goodtime has really been a game changer and the customer service is superb too.
Cons
Well I have not faced any major issues with it so far.

Pros
It is one of the best tools for talent acquisition professionals especially for those hiring for MNCs. It generates reports well and helps us track tasks and metrics. Plus it integrates easily with any ATS which makes it very easy for us to generate candidate reports.
Cons
So far I have not noticed any permanent problems. Everything has been great and really helpful and it has definitely improved the efficiency of our workflow.

Pros
It is really efficient for recruitment. Also I find it easy to use, powerful and it also offers excellent integration. Scheduling interviews and appointments with it is simple too.
Cons
Not much to complain about but when everything is automated, it didnt let me do things manually.

Pros
If you take the time to set up templates, Goodtime practically schedules interviews for you. One of my favorite things is that the interviewer's availability updates in real-time which means there is less back and forth when a candidate takes a day or two to share their availability.
Cons
Goodtime is a bit expensive but if your organization handles a lot of interviews, I would say it definitely worth the cost.

I love the ability to add different interviewers and edit interview slots easily for professionals. The software makes making changes so simple and I really appreciate how quickly the support team responds to any issues.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is occasional glitches or sync errors that sometimes cause double interviews to show up on professionals calendars.
