“Great tool for taking notes at work

Pros

I really love how It syncs across all my devices or Google account instantly. It's so convenient because I can jot down some quick notes while I'm out and about and then easily access them later.

Cons

I don't love that the organization options are kind of limited. Thank goodness for tagging and color-coding but when I'm keeping track of multiple QA tasks, things can start to feel a bit cluttered.

“Very portable

Pros

The best feature, hands down is how smoothly the sync works between all my devices. I can grab whatever device is closest to me and I know everything's updated everywhere even on the devices where I've shared my notes.

Cons

Unfortunately, importing isn't an option with Google Keep.

Pros

It's super easy to make to-do lists and you can have several at once. You can prioritize them and even color-code them for easy organization.

Cons

It doesn't have any notification or alert features which is a bit of a downside.

It's always with me on my phone and I can access it from anywhere, on any device or platform.

Cons

Over time it can get pretty disorganized especially with a lot of notes piling up.

“Tool for all my note-taking needs

I like how It syncs across all my devices. One of my favorite ways to use it was making a shared grocery list with my family. The real-time updates made sure we never missed anything. The color-coding and labeling features are also really helpful for keeping things organized.

Cons

The app doesn't offer a lot of formatting options or advanced features like folder organization (since Obsidian is built for Markdown). The reminders feature is helpful but it's not as robust as a dedicated to-do list app.

Google Keep is a super handy tool. It's easy to use and I can access it from all sorts of devices which makes it super convenient.

Cons

I really have no complaints about Google Keep. It's simple maybe a bit too simple for some but it's exactly what I needed.

Having an import feature would definitely save a lot of time sometimes.

I can create an unlimited number of notes, share them with others and even add different media types to a single note. It's pretty awesome.

Cons

You can only assign up to 50 labels and it doesn't integrate with any software outside of Google services.

“My go-to notepad for any task

It is my go-to place for ideas, to-dos and reminders. It's so easy to create notes, lists and voice memos. I especially love the color-coding and labeling options for organizing everything. The way it syncs across devices is so smooth, I never lose track of my thoughts.

Cons

It's perfect for simple note-taking but if you need more advanced features like rich text formatting or task management tools, this might not be the best option.

Pros

The labeling feature is by far my favorite. It's so easy to organize tasks and notes and I can share them with specific colleagues. It is super simple to use and I can access it from both the web and mobile apps. Syncing between devices and collaborators happens almost instantly which is huge for teams. Plus, you can add reminders to tasks and checklists which is a lifesaver for me.

Cons

I have no cons to mention. It would be nice to have the ability to import and export notes.
