“very useful!”
Pros
One thing that's been really useful is having it on my phone for everyday note taking. I save notes there, pin the documents I need most so they stay at the top and use it often for making different lists. It's also really convenient that everything is shared between my phone and computer so I can access the same document from either device.
Cons
A couple of things are still unclear to me, though. I am not fully sure what the difference is between archiving a note and sending it to trash. I'd also like better control over hiding certain notes while still being able to categorize and find them later if I need to.

“notes stay updated wherever you go”
Pros
Being able to save different kinds of information in it is a big plus for me. It's really convenient that I can use it across multiple devices and everything stays synced together.
Cons
Honestly there's very little to complain about. It does a helpful job of keeping me organized and includes features I genuinely use. If I had to mention anything, it's not the most flashy or fancy app but it handles the basics well.

“Capturing notes never felt easier”
Pros
Jumping into Google Keep takes almost no effort at all. It's fast, very easy to use and there's barely any learning curve. I can create reminders in seconds and tie them to either a specific time or even a location which makes the alerts really useful. Since it's free there's no barrier to getting started and the color coding makes notes much quicker to spot and organize at a glance.
Cons
Compared with other note taking apps, it offers very limited formatting options and it doesn't include folders or the kind of organizational structure many people might expect.

“Your notes follow you everywhere”
Pros
Between the simple organization tools, automatic saving and secure cloud storage, managing notes feels quick, safe and convenient from anywhere.
Cons
It doesn't include folders or more advanced formatting options so once you start handling a lot of notes, things can get a bit cluttered.

“Jot down notes in seconds”
Pros
Its biggest strength is how simple everything seems and how quickly it lets me save passing thoughts. The syncing across all my devices is completely hassle free and the fact that it does all of that for free makes it even better.
Cons
The tool works perfectly for quick notes but it doesn't offer advanced formatting features or the kind of deep hierarchical organization needed to manage larger, more complex projects.

“works wherever we are”
Pros
Google Keep has become my go to on iPhone instead of Apple Notes because the features are so useful and the connectivity is better. I can switch between my phone and PC without any hassle and having all of those features available for free makes it even better. Really excellent app overall.
Cons
I'd still love to see more customization for text and note backgrounds. Right now there's only one font along with just a small selection of colors and background styles.

“Notes are always at hand!”
Pros
Having my thoughts and reference materials this close at hand is hard to beat. Everything stays organized, tagged and laid out in bullet points so whatever I need is right there the moment I want it.
Cons
The only annoyance is that it sometimes asks me to log back in or enter my Google password again to keep using it. Aside from that I do not really have any suggestions.

“My favorite note taking app”
Pros
Whenever I need to capture something quickly, this is the app I reach for. I use it for quick notes, brainstorming, random reminders to look into later, grocery lists and pretty much any informal thought I need to write down especially while I am out and about. It also works really well for managing my own tasks. I especially enjoy being able to paste images, color-code notes and move around the app fast enough to find exactly the note I want to update or add to.
Cons
My only real complaint is the lack of font customization inside individual notes. I like that I can change backgrounds and add pictures which already helps with organization but having the option to adjust font size and color would be a big improvement for me.

“Great for notes and tasks”
Pros
Compared with other note apps I have tried, this one feels like the most practical option out there. It's very user friendly and also works really well as a task manager, even for people who aren't very familiar with technology.
Cons
The only thing it really asks for is an internet connection and a Google account. Other than needing internet access and a Google account, I have not run into any drawbacks with this tool.

“Jotting notes down works perfectly”
Pros
Using it together with an Android phone makes it really convenient and productive. It's especially useful when I need to jot down a quick note to look back at later.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any real complaints. I use it more like a digital sticky note or a fast sketchpad for whatever comes to mind. If you need a full office editing tool, Google Docs is the better fit.

“Notes accessible from anywhere”
Pros
With this tool it looks like having all my Post-it notes gathered in one spot for anything important I need to pull up fast. It's very simple to use and I also really like that it can be added as an add-on so I can reach it quickly from any Google page.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the ability to rearrange notes directly from the add-on instead of having to open the full webpage just to move them around.

“syncs always well”
Pros
This app is very simple to use, while still offering really amazing features. Everything syncs with my Google account so I can get to my notes across all my devices without any hassle. One feature I especially like is the ability to pin notes which I have not seen handled the same way in apps like Apple Notes or Samsung Notes. The UI/UX also is amazing and very well designed.
Cons
The thing that bothers me is the lack of proper pen support. I use pen input on both my laptop and a Galaxy Ultra device with an S Pen and since it doesn't offer strong pen-related features, I usually have to switch over to something like OneNote whenever I need to take handwritten notes which happens pretty often.

“Notes and to dos both win”
Pros
Putting together to do lists takes almost no time and it's really handy for saving project ideas to come back to later. It also helps me write work progress notes much faster.
Cons
notes can look a bit messy on the screen so the layout could be cleaner but it's not a major problem.

“Turns photos into text accurately”
Pros
One feature I keep coming back to is its photo to text tool. It lets me quickly turn a picture of written or printed text into editable text that I can save and come back to later without any hassle.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything I can point to as a downside. It handles exactly what I need it to do and I have not had any issues with how it functions.

“Notes never vanish without a trace”
Pros
Whether it's a fast note, a checklist or even a quick sketch, this tool has been really useful for me. I use it a lot during meetings and it means I do not have to carry around a notebook and pen anymore. It's also very simple to copy everything over into a Word document afterward. The best part is the real time autosave because even if I close the app by mistake, I never lose a single word I have typed.
Cons
One thing that would make it even better is having some basic text formatting options like bold and italics. Lists and checkboxes are already there which is helpful but being able to bold, italicize or highlight text would add a lot more flexibility.

“Clean look but only text”
Pros
One of the best things is its simple, clean interface. It is very user friendly because all the functions are clearly laid out on the panel so accessing them seems natural and easy.
Cons
Something I have not liked is that it doesn't let you format text. You're limited to plain, basic text only.

“Notes stay tidy across devices”
Pros
For everyday note taking, this has become the app I rely on. Taking notes is a big part of my daily routine and this one fits really well because the interface is simple and clean. It's quick to jot things down, works across different platforms, lets me organize notes with labels and also helps me set reminders for tasks.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any real complaints. I can organize my notes nicely with attractive background colors and that makes using it even more enjoyable for me.

Pros
I really love how It syncs across all my devices or Google account instantly. It's so convenient because I can jot down some quick notes while I'm out and about and then easily access them later.
Cons
I don't love that the organization options are kind of limited. Thank goodness for tagging and color-coding but when I'm keeping track of multiple QA tasks, things can start to feel a bit cluttered.

“everything is always within reach”
Pros
Whenever I need to quickly capture ideas during outreach campaign brainstorming, this tool works really well. The instant sync across all my devices is a huge plus so whether I am at the office or traveling, my notes are always right there with me.
Cons
It starts to fall short when it comes to organizing bigger documents or planning across a team. Since there's no rich text formatting or folder structure, managing everything becomes harder once a large number of notes starts piling up.

“things pair nicely”
Pros
One thing that really works well with Google Keep is how well it integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar. Being able to add contributors to notes and checklists matters a lot to me because it improves the workflow for the whole team. The labeling system has also been very useful since it helps me keep everything organized.
Cons
The only thing I feel is missing in it is an import and export option which would be a really valuable addition.
