“Good, but it has its flaws
Pros
At first, everything seemed to be working great. We use it to send demo booking reminders to our clients and it has definitely helped improve our show rate. But that's about it.
Cons
I ran into issues when I synced multiple calendars to one admin account as reminders were not being sent to everyone. We have multiple AEs who don't need full access, just their calendars synced so their leads get reminders before their demo. I reached out to GReminders support, and they suggested I turn on a setting to only send reminders from the host. It seemed like it should fix the issue, but after that reminders stopped working altogether. Some people got reminders, some got none. I contacted support again, and they told me to turn off that setting because it was working fine before (which it wasn't). Now most reminders are working, but confirmation messages for demo bookings are still not going out. I've sent three messages to support, and no one has responded. They have totally ghosted me. And I am honestly shocked by the lack of support, especially since we pay a lot for this service. So I'm looking for another solution now.

Pros
Out of all the similar programs I tried, this one was by far the quickest and easiest for me to set up and understand. Plus there are a lot of features I haven't used yet but I am excited to learn more about them.
Cons
There are so many features I'd love to explore, but some of the terminology can be a bit confusing. However I am pretty sure I did get the hang of it if I had a proper tutorial to guide me.

Well I really love how easy it is to use and how it lets me make changes whenever I need to.
Cons
It was really hard for me to understand how everything worked at first. I had to go back and forth with customer service to figure out what I did wrong, even after watching the tutorials.

“Easy to use once it's setup
Pros
The combination of features this software offers is something really amazing. Plus the ability to customize both texts and emails is quite useful for my needs. And their customer support team was also quick to respond whenever I needed help.
Cons
I could not set reminders on a per-person basis which was a dealbreaker for me.

Pros
Based on my experience so far, would definitely give this a 5 star review. I had a bit of trouble setting up my account at first but the customer service team was very helpful. They guided me through everything and even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. One of my favorite features is being able to send SMS reminders to all my clients 24 hours before and then again 2 hours before their appointments.

“Has amazing features
Pros
Honestly, what is even more impressive than all the features (such as the reminders, confirmations and online booking that are already making my life so much easier) is the customer service. Both customer team members assisting me were highly helpful with every question I had. They even went out of their way to customize the automated features I wanted, which weren't available yet. I have had a rough time with customer support recently, so getting this kind of personal assistance was a great surprise. And I did recommend G-reminders to any small business owner who deals with clients and appointment management.
Cons
It felt complicated at first, but the team really helped me figure it out.

“I am really enjoying using it!
Pros
Am still pretty new to using this software, but so far I am really loving it. One thing I like a lot is how my clients get reminders and their confirmations show up directly on my calendar. It makes everything so much easier to manage.
Cons
I am still working out some bugs as I use it. When it comes to ease of use, setting up recurring appointments feels a bit tricky as it is not as smooth as I did like when I am trying to schedule appointment 1, appointment 2, appointment 3 and so on.

Pros
Greminders has impressed me a lot. It syncs with multiple calendars and knows that I am one person with three calendars to coordinate. Also it is so easy to set up, which is surprising because it's super flexible. Usually, the more customizable something is, the harder it is to use. But I cannot say enough great things about this product. Plus, the presales and support teams were amazing when I was setting everything up. It was a smooth experience and perfect for small businesses. It also integrates really well with website builders.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't found anything they did not have a solution for and I've really tested it.

“Worth the price
Pros
I came across GReminders when I needed to automate appointment reminders for my clients. It allows me to personalize the reminders and integrate them with Zoom, all with the free version of the software. So, yes it is simply a perfect fit for my growing business.
Cons
The interface still feels a little clunky, but I am sure it will improve with time.

Not only is it simple but really easy to use too and I totally recommend it to my coworkers. Not to forget that Serena Fill was amazing. She was so friendly, quick to respond and really on top of things. She even made the whole experience feel personal, which I really appreciated.
