“Our Go-To Knowledge Hub”
Pros
One thing I really like about Guru is the search feature. As I can use tags, filters and even quotations and I can mix them all together. These tips make finding cards so much easier. Another great feature is the ability to create a favorites list to keep everything organized. Plus real time updates on Guru Cards keep all of us advisors on the same page with the latest processes and procedures.
Cons
To be honest it is nearly perfect for me and most of the advisors who use it. One thing I would suggest is improving the way we acknowledge updates and announcements. Like maybe instead of just clicking the I read it button, we could answer 1 to 3 short questions or do a knowledge check before acknowledging the cards. As this would ensure that everyone is really reading and understanding the updates.

The Guru software is really helpful. I like it more than other platforms because it centralizes everything in one place and uses AI powered search which makes finding answers so much quicker.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that it has some search limitations.

We use it as our internal knowledge base for everything from product guides and process outlines to company policies and team announcements. Also it is simple to organize and update. Plus the verify feature helps us keep track of what is current. The AI search function is especially great as it makes it easy for me to find the information I need.
Cons
I love that it integrates with Slack. When someone asks a question in Slack, Guru suggests an answer. But the issue is that the answer is not always correct. It works better with simpler questions like "what days are the company holidays? rather than more complicated product related questions.

I really enjoy using Guru. As not only is it simple but it also gives me all the info I need right at my fingertips.
Cons
Well there is nothing that I count as a con. Yes there are times when it loads a bit slowly but that's about it.

Cons

Pros
Guru is exactly what my team and I were looking for. It provides a smart way to access information and that too in a well organized manner. Plus the UI and UX are clean, intuitive and easy to navigate. And the guidance videos are quite easy to follow too.
Cons
My company has not used a tool like this before so we needed a lot of initial guidance, especially from the response team. But due to the time zone gap it has been tough to arrange meetings with Guru's customer service. Even though there are plenty of videos we could really use some hands on guidance to make using the tool easier.
