“helpful whatsapp and IVR tools”
Pros
Running daily operations as a Manager-Admin has been much more manageable with Heyo Phone's WhatsApp and IVR features. I'm able to send bulk messages using automated templates and the IVR system has definitely made the customer experience better. I'd absolutely recommend it for convenient day-to-day communication.
Cons
Heyo Phone's WhatsApp and IVR tools work really well for daily management especially when it comes to sending bulk messages through automated templates and improving the customer experience. That said, having full WhatsApp for Business integration would make it feel even more professional.

“Reliable calls!”
Pros
Bringing new people into it takes almost no time which makes teamwork and communication much better. The call log is accurate and useful for tracking calls and improving performance. Call forwarding is also really helpful because it keeps me from missing anything important. Also, the call routing keeps conversations moving efficiently and the call recording feature helps me stay professional while building stronger relationships with customers.
Cons
Dealing with customer support has been frustrating. Even after paying, the service still feels dismissive, with different excuses each time and requests to send unnecessary things. It's even worse that they won't get on a call to sort out the problem directly.

“team communication that delivers”
Pros
It has been really solid for team collaboration and day-to-day communication. Bringing new team members on board is simple and the call log analytics provide useful insights that help improve performance. Call forwarding is a big plus because it helps me stay reachable and not miss important calls wherever I am. The call routing works well and keeps everything organized, while call recording makes it easier to manage customer conversations in a more professional way. Overall, it has made work communication much more efficient and effective.
Cons
Getting help from their customer support feels unnecessarily difficult. The way they handle issues comes across as disrespectful, with constant excuses and repeated requests for documents that don't seem necessary. It turns what should be a simple support process into something frustrating and unreasonable.

“I really enjoy using it”
Pros
One feature I really enjoy in it is the branded fixed-line number especially since it works without needing a SIM card. It also lets you set up a personalized greeting message that plays whenever customers call the business which adds a nice professional touch.
Cons
The part I'm not very happy with is the user interface, as it feels a bit complicated and can be difficult to navigate at times.

“Secure calling for my business”
Pros
Not missing calls has been the biggest benefit and the zero downtime claim has held true up to now. IVR and WhatsApp calling have also been really helpful for running the business.
Cons
Up to this point, it has been good overall. The interface could still use a bit more refinement and adding features like an AI-based response system would be a nice advantage.

“Smart routing is great”
Pros
A few things really worked well for me with it, the budget-friendly pricing, the user-friendly interface, WhatsApp integration and the IVR and call routing features. Those standout options made it much simpler for businesses to stay on track and hit their targets.
Cons
It does a good job with affordable plans, a simple interface, WhatsApp integration and useful IVR and call routing which makes it a solid fit for small teams trying to meet their goals. That said, the basic plan misses a few important features like IVR and it doesn't scale all that well for bigger teams.
