It's rare to come across a product that feels this simple while still being so powerful. The voice call quality is exceptionally clear and the Slack integration works flawlessly.

Cons

Every now and then some of my co-workers have trouble connecting to the Huddle servers through Slack but aside from that, it has been flawless.

Pros

Working with both internal teams and external users is much better with it. It's simple to use and it handles the day-to-day collaboration we rely on really efficiently.

Cons

An area that could be improved is the coauthoring feature when several people are working together at once but aside from that, we really haven't had any issues.

Our office has gotten a lot of value from this program. It supports strong collaboration, keeps everything organized and helps us stay on top of the tasks that need to be completed. It has also been very useful for storing information so it is easy to access when needed and simple to share across the team.

From time to time, we run into usability issues on the mobile version. It would also help if the timeout period were longer before making you sign in again. Another limitation we have noticed is that multiple users cannot be in the same document editing at the same time.

The client portal has a clean, simple interface that makes it pleasant to use and the customer support has been outstanding whenever needed.

It would be even better if the platform were geared more toward larger organizations that need support for more than 25 users.

Every now and then, a document will freeze and needs to be downloaded again. It doesn't happen very often and I've either been able to use a workaround or get immediate help from tech support.

Keeping in touch with teammates and others across the organization has become much more convenient with this product. Also, it gives me access to all the documents I need and lets me decide who can view or edit them so that level of control is completely in my hands now.

Works really well because it's simple enough for everyone to use, while still offering some useful traceability. For anyone who spends a lot of time writing, it's a fantastic fit since it blends in nicely with word processing. Also, the smart device app adds even more useful functionality. Assigning document reviewers was so user friendly that no training was needed at all. It's a strong, controlled shared space for the healthcare and research industry and overall it feels like an excellent choice.

One thing I still struggle with is when I'm working in large documents and click an in-text link, it's hard to get back to the exact place I started from. I may be overlooking a feature but that part has been frustrating.

Despite the interface feeling a bit dated, it has been a really valuable tool for our organization. It gives multiple organizations a single place to work together which makes sharing documents and staying in touch much more convenient. A couple of features stand out in particular... the document approval workflow sends instant notifications as soon as every stakeholder has approved a document. It also connects smoothly with Outlook so you can reply to document comments directly from your email.

There's a lot packed into Huddle and that can make the learning curve pretty steep. Getting familiar with all the features takes some time and it can feel overwhelming when you first start using it. I've also had trouble with the option for moving documents between folders since it feels more complicated than it should be and hasn't always been reliable.

Right away, the integration with Microsoft Office has been a big plus. The interface is easy to use, it performs well even offline and bringing team members into the platform is pretty simple. The file management tools are really strong and features like notifications and document comments make collaboration much better for everyone.

Something that could be improved is the calendar since having more functions and options there would be very useful for how we work. Aside from that, it's a dependable product that helps our team collaborate more effectively both internally and with outside partners.

This platform is better suited to companies that do not have strict security regulations so that is definitely something to consider. It is not necessarily a dealbreaker overall but it should be evaluated carefully. Also, document management through the browser is fairly basic and feels limited to only the essential functions.

Using this software for sharing files with our auditors has been really convenient. We can upload documents into different folders and access them from anywhere which makes everything much more manageable. Another big plus is how quickly it handles large file uploads.

Con that comes to mind is the way exported files are saved to a computer. It puts them into a zip file and for some reason, when opening that folder, you can't just copy and paste the subfolders directly to your drives. You have to go through the process twice by copying the zip file again and then opening it so the subfolders save as regular files instead of staying in zip format.

It's working really well for us when it comes to managing real estate leads. It's simple to use, keeps lead management organized and makes it simple for everyone to collaborate and share information. It's also reassuring to know that all of the data is kept safe and secure.

What I really loved here was the version control. It made it simple to track changes and jump back and forth between different versions whenever needed. The tracking features are solid too. Sharing files and folders across teams was also very simple which made collaboration between different groups much better than usual. It cut down a lot of our communication hassle and got rid of the constant back-and-forth over email. I also appreciated that it runs without needing any download or installation since that made it much easier to include offsite people in the project.

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve. It probably won't take long for you or your team to adjust but it does take a few days to get comfortable with it. Once you understand how it works, it's still pretty user-friendly. The other issue is that it can feel a little sluggish at times and doesn't always respond quickly. It doesn't happen too often but the lag is noticeable when it does.
