Pros

Huddle has been a really practical and convenient way to keep in touch with clients. It makes sending documents to them and requesting files back easy and the whole process is very simple.

Cons

The only frustrating part for me was the login process. Having to sign in every single time I wanted to use the product was inconvenient and it would also automatically log me out after even short periods of inactivity.

Pros

I've used it for years and it has always been simple to navigate and easy to understand.

File uploads can be a bit slow at times particularly when I'm uploading larger documents.

Right away, the website's layout feels well organized and moving through it is very simple. It also makes sharing information securely feel simple and reliable.

One thing that could use some improvement is the search filter which I think could work better.

Using it has made collaboration and secure file sharing really simple. Since it's cloud-based, I can get to my files and work from anywhere without any hassle. The file request feature is especially helpful,colleagues get a notification and can simply upload the requested file directly into the platform. The integration with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is also something I find very valuable.

I'm very happy with the software overall though I would still welcome a group chat feature.

Doesn't include a video calling function which may be a drawback for some companies or work teams. There are also no online chat features so communication between team members outside the meeting can be more difficult. Another limitation is that it isn't compatible with every operating system and web browser.

Working in it makes collaboration feel much more connected because team members can contribute to projects together in real time. That has helped our team work more efficiently and keep things moving at a faster pace. It also does a solid job of keeping projects organized since you can create project folders and assign tasks to specific people. With that setup, projects are easier to manage efficiently and everyone stays accountable for their part.

One downside with it is that its integrations only cover a small number of third-party tools which makes it harder to connect with other systems and applications.
