Its so easy to use. I hardly ever need to send a fax so having a free option like this worked out perfectly for me. The maximum number of faxes I was allowed to send was more than enough for what I needed.

Using this software has been really easy and I can view exactly what I'm sending as an actual document which I really appreciate. The unlimited attachments are a nice bonus and the OCR feature is genuinely very useful too.

Since I'm still on the trial, the only downside I've noticed is that payment has to be made a full year in advance.

Whenever I need to send a fax, it gets the job done quickly and without any issues. I do not use it very often but it is really convenient to have available when I need it.

Right from the start, this program worked wonderfully. I downloaded it and had a fax sent in under three minutes. It's very easy to handle and has made things much more convenient for me. Now I don't have to rush to a mail store or ask someone with a fax machine for help. I'm really glad I came across this service. Thank you, iFax!

Everything works very quickly and is genuinely useful. Even for small needs like sending one email per month, having that available at no cost is really appreciated. Thank you for that.

The premium services are not available during the trial period. It would be more helpful if those features were included for testing since that would make it easier to decide whether this software is the best option.

Sending faxes with it is really simple and not needing a phone line at all makes it especially convenient.

Pricing feels a bit high and the free plan only allows 5 pages a month. It would make more sense if they raised it to at least 15 especially because the cover page they send also counts toward that total.

At first, the opening page took me a little time to figure out especially when I was trying to locate the faxes I had sent. Still, it was easy enough to get past once I got oriented.

One issue I ran into in my browser was that the delivery receipt stayed hidden behind the "Send Fax" button no matter how I scrolled. It would help to move the button or add more space below the delivery line so the page can scroll further. This happened on Microsoft Edge Version 108.0.1462.54 (Official build) (64-bit).
