“Predatory billing practices”

At least the app did send the faxes the way it was supposed to. It works on a basic level.

Cons

The billing practices feel predatory and that was by far the worst part. After hitting my bank account with a huge charge, they showed absolutely no understanding or willingness to help with the situation.

“Impossible to reach customer support”

They did send the fax online for me which is basically the one thing the service is meant to do.

Cons

After using the free trial once, I canceled it right away but they still charged me $99.99. On top of that, there was no way to reach customer service by phone and email support kept giving me the runaround for five days.

It has been fantastic for us. We genuinely love using it and would absolutely recommend it. The team is honest, quick to respond whenever questions come up and we're really glad we came across them.

Cons

I'd still like to see a flat-rate option for multiple users. It doesn't even have to be unlimited but maybe a plan that starts with 5 users and then another tier for 10 or more would be helpful.

It is pretty easy to operate and it worked quickly and efficiently. The pricing was also a big factor for me which made it an even better fit.

I really do not have any complaints because it handled exactly what I needed it to do. This is my first time using it though so I will see how things go once I get the response back the way I need.

It keeps pushing upgrade prompts too often. Since I'm just a casual user, I'd rather have the option to simply pay for extra pages when I need them.

The software is solid overall. The only thing I'd change is the initial account setup since it doesn't prompt you to verify the sending phone number first which causes it to fail. After verifying the number, it works properly.

Getting started with it took almost no time and using it has been just as simple. This was my first time trying fax software like this and the whole process felt very simple.

I've only recently started using it and at this point I haven't come across any problems.
