“Too good!

Pros

The product is pretty easy to use and I like all the features it offers as they are very comprehensive.

Cons

Streaming to Facebook can be a bit glitchy but working with the support team has been a pleasure. They resolve issues quickly so it is not really a con but I feel like it is definitely worth mentioning regarding support.

We love being able to brand our meetings and the platform is very user friendly too. Also our customers really like the smooth experience.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. The only thing is that it is only as reliable as the network you are using. If your internet is bad, your experience may suffer. However the audio always works even if the video does not due to low bandwidth.

I like the software as it is easy to use and has a clean, modern design.

Cons

It is essential for users to stream to multiple platforms at once. So it is surprising that 1080p recording and live broadcasting via RTMP to various platforms are not included.

As an open platform it allows us for easy integration of new features, API connections and custom branding.

Cons

Some features we would love to see added include a teleprompter, closed captions, digital signage and VoIP phone integration as these are becoming more common in the video industry.

The features are simple to use and we do not need to read any manuals to get started with the product.

I noticed that it lacks RTMP streaming and 1080p recording which are now standard on most other platforms. For such a great product, it is unfortunate that these features are missing.

Well it works perfectly and the interface is very user friendly and it allows everyone to join meetings and easily share their screens. I also like that it supports API integration.

Cons

I mostly use it for video conferencing for sales and so far I have not faced any downsides. I am very happy with the product.

The only downside is name recognition but since we are white labeling, it's really not an issue.

It does not offer 1080p recording and I also noticed that RTMP live streaming is not included.

We use it all the time for video chats. Our law firm clients love the transcription feature.

I have not found anything to complain about yet and I doubt I ever will.
