ITC Cloud software is so easy to use. I have not run into any issues with their SMS or video platform. Overall it's been smooth sailing.

This is my go to app for virtual meetings. All the features are great, and it is the best platform for me to work from anywhere on any device. Plus, having access to my cloud storage no matter where I am is a huge bonus.

I don't really have anything negative to say about this app. I found it quite user-friendly and the best to use. But I have noticed some connection issues when the network is poor and the user interface could be a little more appealing.

ITC Cloud is very budget friendly and really easy to use as a business solution. Plus I like that it offers virtual access to computing services, both hardware and software.

Sometimes it feels like tasks don't go through properly, and it almost seems like data is getting stuck in the database. Plus, the support team is not very friendly, and they do not seem to know their own product well.

No complaints as Cloud access through mobile is a game changer. Since over 2.6 billion smartphones are in use today, it is great to have corporate data accessible from anywhere. No one ever has to be out of the loop.

Amazon Web Services is hands down the best in cloud computing. Also it is perfect for on-demand access to computing power and being a part of Amazon just adds to its credibility.

There are some security concerns, like data loss, theft and potential leakage. Other issues include account hijacking, insecure interfaces and denial of service attacks, especially in shared environments.

Pros

ITC Cloud is an amazing business solution. Not only it is simple, easy, reliable but it lets me work from anywhere in the world. Plus flexibility and cost-effectiveness are real game-changers.

Cons

Occasional security and bandwidth issues. Also, it is not always clear how to integrate with other software. The mobile version doesn't work as well as the desktop version, but that could be due to mobile network problems.

Switching to ITC Cloud was a hassle-free experience. Plus setting up user IDs for our organization was much easier compared to other providers, and the user interface is really friendly and easy to navigate.

There are some glitches with ITC Cloud, but since it is still in the early stages, I am willing to cut them some slack. I am sure they will face challenges but will improve over time.
