Ideal solution for cloud telephony

Pros

I love that I can work from anywhere. Plus it is super reliable, easy to use and even helped us cut down on costs since we started using it.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any complaints. Everything we are working on is going well, and we are pretty happy with it.

Helped us respond to customers much faster

Pros

ITC Cloud software is so easy to use. I have not run into any issues with their SMS or video platform. Overall it's been smooth sailing.

Cons

The system can be a bit rigid at times and it is also on the expensive side.

The most user-friendly cloud platform

Pros

This is my go to app for virtual meetings. All the features are great, and it is the best platform for me to work from anywhere on any device. Plus, having access to my cloud storage no matter where I am is a huge bonus.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about this app. I found it quite user-friendly and the best to use. But I have noticed some connection issues when the network is poor and the user interface could be a little more appealing.
