powerful tools and great customer support

Pros

Jplatform is packed with features such as intranet, collaboration spaces, Nextcloud integration, task management mobile access. In short it really has it all. The available expansion modules like forms, e-learning tools and event management are great too. The editorial content editor is both powerful and user-friendly. What really stands out to me is the quality of support from the Jalios teams as they truly listen to our feedback and needs.

Cons

getting started requires solid support and guidance as the tool is so feature-rich that it can feel overwhelming without proper structure.

satisfactory solution for a reasonable budget

Pros

The features are really impressive. It pulls together all kinds of information and use cases into one platform which makes everything run smoother for users. overall I like that it is super flexible as you can scale it up or down depending on your needs and budget. plus it is customizable enough to feel almost tailor-made.

Cons

There is a noticeable learning curve to master platform administration but once you have built those skills, the interfaces work really well. Also I feel like usage statistics could be improved to give project leaders better insights into how people are actually using the platform and where they might be getting stuck.

efficient collaborative work

Pros

I love the depth of features in the tool, how accessible and responsive the publisher is and how well it connects with other tools we already use. We get a powerful solution while keeping full data sovereignty with the onpremise installation.

Cons

While the wide range of features is a strength, it can add a layer of complexity in certain areas.

Impressive and modular

Pros

I'm really impressed with how much it can do. You can bring so many different tools and use cases together into one place, which is super convenient for users. It's also really modular, so you can scale what you use based on your needs and budget. With a little configuration, it can feel like a custom-built solution.

Cons

It takes some time to learn how to manage the platform, but once you get the hang of it, the interfaces work smoothly. That said, the usage statistics could be improved to give project leaders a better view of what's working and where users are facing issues

feature-packed platform with major integrations

Pros

It is an all-in-one B2e, B2B and B2c collaborative and social intranet/extranet. The ecosystem is rich with plugins, add-ons and integration options, including connections to major ecm systems like Nuxeo, Alfresco and microsoft 365.

Cons

The learning curve is pretty steep but I would say it's worth the effort if you want to fully embed Jalios into your IT environment.

effective collaboration but insights need work

Pros

To build our digital workplace, we first prioritized transparent communication, sharing updates through team articles and blog posts while clearly defining project ownership. Next, we launched collaboration tools including a dynamic wiki that converts agendas into minutes and JTask for streamlined task management. We're now deepening knowledge-sharing with training platforms like JLearn, using admin-led sessions to foster efficiency and widespread tool adoption.

Cons

getting meaningful insights from intranet user behavior stats takes work. We have to figure out which data matters, how to present it, how to interpret it and then adjust our engagement strategies for collaborative spaces.

True all-in-one platform

Pros

It's a true all-in-one platform that works for internal teams, partners, and customers. It's a collaborative social intranet and extranet rolled into one. What's really powerful is the huge ecosystem around it, there are tons of plugins, add-ons, and integrations available, including with major systems like Nuxeo, Alfresco, and Microsoft 365.

Cons

There's a pretty steep learning curve, but it's worth the effort if you're looking to fully integrate Jalios across your IT environment.

Pros

It's feature-rich with lots of modules, and it offers a lot of flexibility both in how it works and how it looks. It genuinely makes collaboration easier, and the company behind it provides very clear follow-up and a transparent product roadmap.
