Jalios Features
Document Management And Co-Editing
Jalios provides secure document management with permissions, versioning, and real-time co-editing through Microsoft 365 or ONLYOFFICE. Google Drive integration supports familiar storage while ensuring compliance controls remain intact. By reducing duplicates and centralizing workflows, teams work from a single source of truth, improving accuracy during reviews.
Teamwork And Task Management
Projects can be structured in collaborative spaces where teams assign tasks, track deadlines, and monitor progress in Kanban, list, or timeline formats. Integrated notifications keep contributors aligned, while chat and meeting tools situate communication close to the work, minimizing delays caused by context switching or scattered updates.
Knowledge Management And Content Publishing
Organizations capture and share institutional knowledge through wikis, blogs, FAQs, and a secure video library. Editorial workflows allow controlled publishing, with scheduling and expiration ensuring information remains current. This structured repository enhances onboarding, improves transparency, and ensures employees can access reliable guidance for daily tasks and long-term projects.
Unified Communication And Video Conferencing
Jalios features include unified communication tools that combine chat, team rooms, and video conferencing for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. Recorded sessions are easily shared for reference. Tight integration with Microsoft 365 ensures users can launch Teams calls or edit documents in context, providing consistency across desktop and mobile environments.
Personalization, Search And Directories
The platform tailors content delivery by consolidating data from multiple business systems into personalized dashboards. Unified search accelerates retrieval of files and expertise, while company directories simplify finding colleagues across departments. This personalization reduces wasted time on navigation and ensures employees access relevant news, calendars, and information efficiently.

“powerful tools and great customer support”
Pros
Jplatform is packed with features such as intranet, collaboration spaces, Nextcloud integration, task management mobile access. In short it really has it all. The available expansion modules like forms, e-learning tools and event management are great too. The editorial content editor is both powerful and user-friendly. What really stands out to me is the quality of support from the Jalios teams as they truly listen to our feedback and needs.
Cons
getting started requires solid support and guidance as the tool is so feature-rich that it can feel overwhelming without proper structure.

“Impressive and modular”
Pros
I'm really impressed with how much it can do. You can bring so many different tools and use cases together into one place, which is super convenient for users. It's also really modular, so you can scale what you use based on your needs and budget. With a little configuration, it can feel like a custom-built solution.
Cons
It takes some time to learn how to manage the platform, but once you get the hang of it, the interfaces work smoothly. That said, the usage statistics could be improved to give project leaders a better view of what's working and where users are facing issues
