JustCall is easy to use

Pros

Enjoying the SMS experience

Pros

We have recently integrated JustCall to automate our SMS workflows at HIE and the experience has been truly transformative. Managing client communications can take up a lot of time, but JustCall has streamlined the entire process. Its automation features have improved our efficiency while still allowing us to keep a personal touch with each message. From scheduling follow ups to handling bulk messages, JustCall gives us the flexibility to customize and optimize our communication strategy. The platform is intuitive, and its features are tailored to meet our specific needs. Plus the analytics have been crucial in helping us adjust our approach to increase engagement.

Cons

One challenge we face at HIE is locating specific SMS messages. With so many messages coming in, it can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack! We love the automation that JustCall provides, but searching for a particular message can be a hassle, especially when dealing with numerous conversations. It's like scrolling through an endless list of texts! A more efficient search function would really help us out.

Pros

It helps improve my workflow and makes tasks easier

Pros

As I work in the commercial sector, my job involves making numerous calls while analyzing information and reviewing materials. JustCall makes this easier by integrating everything in one place. Since I mostly work with international clients, I haven't experienced any issues with international calls, which I might have experienced elsewhere.

Cons

I think it would be more practical if, after ending a call, the system automatically allows you to make another call instead of requiring you to click the dismiss button. I call frequently and when I don't get an answer, I often have to call again and again, which slows things down.

Simple and easy to use

Pros

The team immediately noticed the improved call quality, we no longer have dropped calls or strange connections, which is a huge benefit when dealing with potential clients.

Cons

Sometimes, it freezes or asks me to slow down and stop calling so quickly in a row. I think this issue could be fixed.

JustCall is a solid product

Pros

I enjoy using Just call because any team member can log into the browser, see who is on a call and know who they are talking to. We also make good use of the fax feature, which is convenient to have in one place. The texting feature is great for communicating with certain clients as it's done through our business number, and anyone on our team can view and reply to the messages. It also records calls so you or a colleague can listen to conversations later. and it also integrates with Hubspot and tracks all communications, which is convenient for keeping everything in one place. Customer support is responsive and they always follow up on any issues. We use this app every day for communication aside from emails. We can also schedule the lines to only ring during office hours, which is very practical.

Cons

One downside of JustCall is not being able to transfer a call directly to voicemail. It would be useful to have this feature when someone is already on another call or can't take the call at that moment rather than having it ring through to their line. Another issue is that when sending faxes, there is no confirmation once the fax has been sent.

A reliable communication solution for our academy

Pros

JustCall has greatly improved our communication processes. The SMS and mass texting features are particularly useful enabling us to efficiently communicate with parents and students about important updates. The platform is easy to use, and their customer support is excellent.

Cons

There's not much to dislike about JustCall, but it would be great to see more advanced message personalization features in future updates.
