From scheduling follow ups to handling bulk messages, JustCall gives us the flexibility to customize and optimize our communication strategy. The platform is intuitive, and its features are tailored to meet our specific needs. Plus the analytics have been crucial in helping us adjust our approach to increase engagement.

Cons

One challenge we face at HIE is locating specific SMS messages. With so many messages coming in, it can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack! We love the automation that JustCall provides, but searching for a particular message can be a hassle, especially when dealing with numerous conversations. It's like scrolling through an endless list of texts! A more efficient search function would really help us out.
