Offers the best support

Pros

The support is amazing. They respond to me right away and are always focused on finding solutions quickly plus the system is regularly updated with new features and it is clear they are always working to make it better.

Cons

There are a few small features that would be nice to have but I have already brought them up.

Absolutely worth recommending

Pros

It was easy to set up in no time. The support is also pretty fast and friendly. It is easy to use and allows for individual customization with minimal training time. Overall it has become an essential tool for connecting our locations.

Cons

Occasionally there are small features missing but the support team immediately takes them into account or offers alternatives. So I have nothing major to share.

I highly recommend it

Pros

KenCube interface is user friendly, the customer support is professional and reliable and the search function is excellent too. Plus, the fact that the software is constantly evolving is another great benefit. It is also visually very appealing.

Cons

Some features like the task section could be more user friendly, as they are not that easy to use right away. So I feel like more guidance or training would help and it doesnt integrate with other tools like Teams or our time tracking system which is a drawback.

Easy to use and setup

Pros

It is pretty easy to use making it simple to upload our content. The support is also prompt, personal and always offers helpful advice for our needs. Besides that, the regular updates keep the software fresh and improve its performance which is a huge plus.

Cons

Honestly I cannot think of anything at the moment.

An absolutely brilliant system

Pros

The version control for articles, automatic read receipts and simple content creation make this system extremely easy to use, even for beginners. Overall I would say it is a real time saver and highly efficient for managing content.

Cons

I have not found any major disadvantages so far.

Pros

KenCube management team gave us this tool for internal communication and it is now set as everyone's browser homepage. Each morning we can quickly catch up on the latest company news making it easy to stay informed.

Cons

For some new information I would prefer to receive it via email or in person like before.

Well designed and informative intranet

Pros

It is an intranet thats very easy to use and visually appealing. In fact it makes entering and using information feel enjoyable.

Cons

The mobile version feels a bit too basic but it is okay for now. I also feel like the notifications could be more frequent and adding a holiday calendar for each department with approval directly from supervisors, would make it much more useful.

Pros

The setup is quick, support is excellent, and importing employees is a simple task too. The system is also well structured and the app works just like the desktop version which I like the most as it makes everything simple and efficient.

Cons

Posts always look a bit dull without images so they really need to include visuals to stand out. It is a suggestion from my side.
