Pros
AI in the program helps us set up and organize meetings for our team without all the back and forth emails. It's a huge time-saver.
Cons
The integration of Outlook popup reminders could be improved. It's not quite sufficient and I think making it better would definitely enhance client satisfaction.

Pros
It makes scheduling appointments without coming off as spammy, which is a big plus.
Cons
It didn't account for the time zone of either myself or the customer, which led to some appointments being scheduled for 7 AM.

“Driving revenue with the help of customer retention
Pros
Kronologic makes it really easy to reach a high volume of contacts quickly. We have enjoyed using it as part of our follow-up process for retention and renewal efforts to make sure our customers are getting the support they need. The simplicity of the software and the user interface makes the benefits of these efforts far outweigh the time we put into it. Also, all of the Kronologic representatives I have worked with have been extremely helpful and flexible with my schedule.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the dashboard layout especially the stage layout. I think the tool ribbon could be cleaner but I do appreciate that the Active button is less ambiguous than it used to be.

I've been really impressed with Kronologic in the short time I've been using it. The team was awesome with setup and implementation, and my account rep has been super easy to work with.
Cons
I don't think there's anything I dislike at this moment. The onboarding process was a bit tricky due to some issues on our end but the team was really helpful and diligent in finding solutions to those unique problems.

Pros
The tool automatically sends calendar invites for my accounts so I don't have to do it manually. The contact can accept, decline or ignore it, but it helps me make that first connection, especially with new accounts.
Cons
With blind invites being sent out with minimal context, some contacts may hesitate to accept meetings unless there's a clear call-to-action or agenda. Our SDR team also reaches out separately, which sometimes causes confusion with prospects receiving multiple messages.

Pros
Kronologic keeps meetings on my calendar and helps me build a healthy pipeline, so I stay on track with my quota. It's been a game-changer in getting prospects on my radar that I might have missed otherwise.
Cons
The user interface on the website isn't great, but I don't use it much. I spend most of my time in the calendar, so it's not really a big issue for me.

“Fast meetings without the dialing process
Pros
I like Kronologic because it helps you connect with people you might have missed if you hadn't reached out. I believe Kronologic helps fill in the gaps, making sure you don't miss anything or let opportunities slip through the cracks.
Cons
I've found that sometimes I get unqualified or flaky people who accept the invite without really knowing what they're agreeing to. To help filter this, I call them after they accept to try to add more value. I've gotten some negative reactions after a prospect receives a Kronologic invite because they view it as an "underhanded tactic."

I don't like the lack of specifics. A lot of the leads I get end up being useless and just clutter my calendar and inbox without adding value.
