“Packed with great features
Pros
The audit logs are great for our tech teams managing complex integration setups, helping to pinpoint exactly how and why something is breaking down. I use them every day. The graphs are visually clear and the ability to color code and add notes is a real plus.
Cons
Well it can do pretty much anything which means you really need a clear idea of what you want to use it for. Otherwise you can easily get lost in all the complexity. So I would say its pros at times become cons too.

Cons
There is a learning curve but once we spend some time working with it, it becomes pretty user-friendly.

“Easy to use
Pros
From a Salesforce Admin's point of view, the drag and drop routers are pretty similar to Flow. The graphs let us build complex automation with lots of if/then rules ensuring leads or contacts go to the right people at the right time. Also it is easy to build and there is plenty of room to expand as your needs grow. I have set this up twice over the past 6 years and the improvements in functionality are night and day. There is a lot of helpful knowledge articles and the Admin exam really reinforces the core features.
Cons
Like with any automation, it is on the stakeholder and admin to keep reviewing and maintaining it. The graphs offer a lot but the availability of debug mode I feel like would be quite helpful. As it would allow us to see how a record flows through the system in real time and intuitively spot successes and failures instead of just relying on cumulative routing insights.

“Top-class routing platform
Pros
The implementation process went well as it was smooth and I always felt fully supported. I use LeanData every day and have been really impressed with the constant flow of new features that keep opening up opportunities for process improvements, all aimed at getting the fastest lead times possible. Setting up and editing routers is also quite simple and I love the visual aspect of it compared to other competitors. Plus LeanData's integrations with tools like MS Teams, Slack, Outreach and Groove make it highly versatile.
Cons
Occasionally when I try editing the router, an error message pops up after a while preventing me from saving any changes. I end up having to close and reopen the graph which defaults back to the last save point. It is frustrating to redo unsaved edits. A simple fix is to save the graph every 5 to 10 minutes while editing. Even though it is not a frequent issue but when it happens, it's unpredictable.

“User-friendly and works perfectly with Salesforce
Pros
Not only I find it quite easy to use but it comes with an intuitive UI that makes lead routing quite efficient. Plus it is really easy to implement and integrate with Salesforce.
Cons
I have experienced some inconsistent routing issues and it is not smart enough to automatically move a routing from an inactive user to an active one based on their role.

“I love it
Pros
Everything is laid out well, with options and settings exactly where we'd expect them to be. Also it is quite powerful, fast and reliable. I have not encountered any issues even though I use it frequently. It is so reliable that I have never had to contact Customer Support. Plus it is easy to set up and get started and the integration with main objects is seamless. The analytic and debug tools are excellent too.
Cons
Well I wish the flow builder menus were click to open instead of just hover to open. But thats a minor issue.

Pros
LeanData handles routing and orchestration for us without needing any changes to SFDC code. This has given our marketing and sales ops teams the ability to manage leads, accounts and custom objects in new and innovative ways.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that its reporting object and audit logs do not integrate smoothly with SFDC reporting, so it is quite difficult to surface aggregate routing insights.

“Makes complicated routing simple
Pros
I really enjoy the UI of LeanData. The Flowbuilders make it easy to stay organized while creating complex routing flows for all our Salesforce objects.
Cons
We use LeanData Bookit and there are still areas where it could be improved. We used to use Chilipiper and some of our sales reps miss the features that Chilipiper had which LeanData does not offer.

“A truly amazing system
Pros
The improvements LeanData has brought us, especially its matching logic with the list match analyzer and routing have been incredible. It helped clean up our data ensuring contacts are matched with the correct accounts while reducing our lead handling turnaround time. No leads are getting missed, our database is cleaner and with the list analyzer, our pre show trade show prep has been streamlined almost overnight.
Cons
Only issues I have had with it are the lack of direct integrations with HR software to sync PTO, so routing records pauses when employees are out of the office. Also I would love to see more flexibility with Account and Opportunity graphs reading other Salesforce objects. Those graphs are great but I often have to create routing in all three graphs (contact/account/opportunity) for Customer Success which makes it harder to manage.

Pros
LeanData is as versatile as it gets. As a Marketing Operations leader at a midsize company, we deal with complex use cases across different geographies and industries and LeanData handles it all. It scales well with territory management, data tables and multiple object nodes. The audit logs help with troubleshooting and it integrates well with our tech stack. The Customer Success team is also very supportive.
Cons
It is a complex tool to learn so I would recommend getting certified. It operates within the Salesforce environment not as a standalone tool. For advanced setups, you would probably need premium support instead of relying on the free options.

Pros
I started using LeanData at my current company and I am really impressed with all its powerful features. It is a native SFDC app which makes it not only easy to use but also avoids the issues that can come with integration apps. I highly recommended it not just for the lead object but also for standard objects like Accounts, Opportunities and Cases.
Cons
Well I have got nothing to complain about so far. I am really loving the app.

Adding LeanData has really boosted the speed, efficiency and organization of our Lead Processing and Routing. Also it has reduced tickets and issues a lot.
Cons
No major dislikes but there are a couple of things I'd wish for. Like it would be great if I could click on an element in the audit history and go directly to that part of the graph. Also it would be nice if multiple people could edit at the same time. We have multiple admins and coordinating management can be a bit of a hassle.

BookIt was quick to set up as it took less than a week of our time to get everything up and running. The onboarding and sales process were both great too.
Cons
I feel like the documentation could be better. As when troubleshooting on my own, I end up relying on support a lot because the documentation is not always the most helpful.
