Handy slack sync

Pros

Being able to insert a task between other tasks is really useful and the Slack integration ties everything together nicely and keeps the workflow moving well :)

Cons

It still has too much of a developer or code focused feel so it could be made more user friendly for teams like HR.

fast interface

Pros

Right away it feels incredibly accessible and fast. Moving through the app is almost effortless because everything responds instantly and the organized layout makes it much simpler to jump between tasks without losing momentum. The 'command k' feature and wide range of keyboard shortcuts are especially impressive since they make it possible to stay in a real flow state while working. Also the clean, distraction free design has genuinely helped me get more done. The free plan also feels very generous considering how polished and high quality the product is.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see improve is the AI becoming more connected across the work I'm doing. Instead of only giving different ways to view information it would be far more useful if the platform actively surfaced project insights and suggested automations along the way. A smarter and more user friendly way of bringing forward relevant data (without burying the user under every possible view) would make the overall experience even better.

keyboard first focus

Pros

Really clicks if you prefer working from the keyboard! Its keyboard first approach feels like more than a set of shortcuts as it changes how you move through work. I can create tasks, prioritize them, reassign items, set due dates and move work between projects without breaking concentration or reaching for the mouse. That makes a huge difference during deep focus sessions. The interface is another strong point because it stays clean and free of distractions. There are no flashy extras or crowded menus getting in the way just the essentials I need to stay on track. The custom views have also been incredibly useful. I've set up separate views for things like client projects, design sprints and bug fixes and switching between them takes only a second. When I jump from one client to another a shortcut instantly brings up the exact board I need. It feels a lot like typing out a to do list only much smarter and far more efficient.

Cons

A few things still feel missing. There's no built in preview for design files which would be really helpful when working across design related tasks. The visual board options are also somewhat limited so it may not be ideal if you rely heavily on more visual planning. Native time tracking is another gap especially for anyone who wants to manage task time without adding another tool.

useful integrations

Pros

Most of the time, the information I need is exactly where I expect it to be and the Slack integrations have been a real time saver. Oveall the interface feels flexible

Cons

There are still moments when the navigation throws me off. When I'm going through a long project ticket list and checking things against tests in TestRail it's very easy to lose my spot because pressing back sends me to the top of the list instead of taking me back to the place I was at before opening the ticket. A similar issue comes up when I'm writing a comment like a QA finding that ends up becoming a ticket. If I open that ticket to add more details I get pushed back into finishing the comment with the "discard or continue" prompt. It would make much more sense to be able to save directly from that modal or just open the ticket in a new tab. I'm also not a fan of the mobile app mainly because on Android I want my homepage set to the current cycle and my personal queue and that option doesn't seem to be available.

thoughtful design developers love

Pros

This system has a polished, modern interface that feels a step ahead of other tools when it comes to organizing work and making plans easier to understand. The Github integrations and connections with other platforms are especially friendly for developers. The AI capabilities have been genuinely helpful for sorting external requests and digging through hundreds or even thousands of existing tickets. I also appreciate the keyboard shortcuts and command palette since they make moving around the product feel fast and natural. There are lots of small design moments where I expect a limitation, try something anyway and it simply works. One example was drafting a plan inside a project description and then turning that directly into tickets which felt natural and worked flawlessly on the first try. It's clear a lot of thought and care went into the product and that attention to detail is a big reason the system stands out! Another strong point is how transparent it is to share a single source of truth across teams which makes collaboration much simpler for developers.

Cons

A concern I do have is the possibility of it drifting too far toward being an enterprise heavy tool which could make it bloated and slower over time. There are only a few small signs of that right now but I do worry a bit about it eventually heading in a Jira like direction.

clean interface for issue tracking

Pros

Using this has been pretty easy because the interface is clean, fast and makes issue tracking feel simple and efficient. Getting started didn't take long and the workflow feels flexible even for someone new to the platform. I use it regularly to manage tickets, follow bugs and keep development tasks organized without any unnecessary friction. The integrations with tools like GitHub and Slack also work well which helps keep our development process connected and moving efficiently.

Cons

It really delivers when it comes to speed and simplicity but it can start to feel a bit too minimal when more advanced reporting or highly customizable workflows are needed. Areas like analytics and deeper automation still have room for improvement. It's a strong option for engineering teams though non technical teams might need a little time before they feel fully comfortable using the interface.

powerful tool

Pros

Getting started with it feels very simple and building insights in it doesn't take much effort. I also really appreciate how customers are auto tagged and how the system highlights potential duplicates which is a very useful touch. The triage feature is another part I enjoy and being able to export tickets to external platforms along with how easily it integrates with them, makes the workflow even better.

Cons

The dashboard options feel a bit limited right now. I'd really like to have more flexibility to create custom views and dashboards (similar to Jira) where JQL can be used to build specific filters and control exactly what we see.

Quick support

Pros

Right away its UX and UI felt polished and very accessible. It stands out enough that a lot of other companies seem to be borrowing ideas from its interface. Support has also been excellent. When I ran into a bug it took only a couple of seconds to locate the contact form and send it in and the issue was resolved within a few hours. On top of that getting it set up initially was very simple.

Cons

There's honestly nothing to complain about from my side right now.

fast, focused and efficient

Pros

From the first day using it the speed stood out right away! Everything responds instantly so teams are much more likely to keep their work current. Its keyboard first approach makes moving through issues feel quick and natural. The workflows are simple yet carefully designed which helps teams stay organized without adding unnecessary complexity. The interface is clean and minimal so attention stays on the actual work instead of the tool itself. Overall it comes across as a product built by people who genuinely understand how software teams work.

Cons

That said it still feels very engineering centric. Product managers and developers will usually enjoy it but designers, operations teams or executives might have a harder time finding a simple and high level view without first learning how the system works.

focused workflow

Pros

It keeps everything smooth and deliberate which I really appreciate. The keyboard shortcuts, fluid workflow and simple issue tracking help me stay productive without feeling overloaded.

Cons

A drawback is that it may feel a little too minimal for certain teams since it doesn't offer many built in customization or reporting features. If your team depends a lot on detailed analytics or more complex workflows it can end up feeling somewhat restrictive.

clean design that keeps teams moving

Pros

Compared with most apps this feels much more comfortable to work in. The design and overall UX are appealing enough that they genuinely make me want to open it and use it. Tags are especially handy for keeping tasks organized. I also really appreciate the platform's design because it makes everything feel accessible and user friendly. On top of that their management setup helps a lot since engineers stay on track through deadlines in the app so there's no need to constantly monitor them.

Cons

The part I'm not a fan of is the per person pricing. Once your team gets to around 10 people it starts becoming quite expensive.

flexible project management

Pros

Has been a really fast and flexible project management tool for our team when it comes to tracking issues, planning sprints and keeping everything organized. The part I appreciate most is the clean, minimal interface which makes moving through tasks feel effortless. The keyboard first workflow and responsive performance also make updating work feel very quick.

Cons

It performs exceptionally well overall though there are still a few areas where it could improve. Some of the more advanced customization options are fairly limited which helps keep the platform simple but can leave power users wishing for a bit more flexibility.

simple to use

Pros

This platform does a really nice job of helping structure initiatives, projects and tasks without feeling cluttered. Linking dependencies and organizing sprints is simple and the whole product feels very developer friendly thanks to its clean API and accessible keyboard shortcuts. It stays focused on the core essentials which makes it very simple to work with everyday. The shortcuts cover most actions nicely and the API also connects well with LLMs making it possible to generate a detailed backlog with minimal effort. Between the usabilits, pricing advantages and quick initial setup THIS feels like the right fit!

Cons

The automation capabilities are still fairly limited and I'd really like to see support for building low-code workflows directly inside it.
