“Handy slack sync
Pros
Being able to insert a task between other tasks is really useful and the Slack integration ties everything together nicely and keeps the workflow moving well :)
Cons
It still has too much of a developer or code focused feel so it could be made more user friendly for teams like HR.

“fast interface
Pros
Right away it feels incredibly accessible and fast. Moving through the app is almost effortless because everything responds instantly and the organized layout makes it much simpler to jump between tasks without losing momentum. The 'command k' feature and wide range of keyboard shortcuts are especially impressive since they make it possible to stay in a real flow state while working. Also the clean, distraction free design has genuinely helped me get more done. The free plan also feels very generous considering how polished and high quality the product is.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see improve is the AI becoming more connected across the work I'm doing. Instead of only giving different ways to view information it would be far more useful if the platform actively surfaced project insights and suggested automations along the way. A smarter and more user friendly way of bringing forward relevant data (without burying the user under every possible view) would make the overall experience even better.

“useful integrations
Pros
Most of the time, the information I need is exactly where I expect it to be and the Slack integrations have been a real time saver. Oveall the interface feels flexible
Cons
There are still moments when the navigation throws me off. When I'm going through a long project ticket list and checking things against tests in TestRail it's very easy to lose my spot because pressing back sends me to the top of the list instead of taking me back to the place I was at before opening the ticket. A similar issue comes up when I'm writing a comment like a QA finding that ends up becoming a ticket. If I open that ticket to add more details I get pushed back into finishing the comment with the "discard or continue" prompt. It would make much more sense to be able to save directly from that modal or just open the ticket in a new tab. I'm also not a fan of the mobile app mainly because on Android I want my homepage set to the current cycle and my personal queue and that option doesn't seem to be available.
