Being able to use InMail to connect with professionals has been really useful. I also love checking post analytics, along with the data on job applications, job openings and profile views,definitely a nice little ego boost, lol.

I really don't enjoy how limited the number of InMail credits is on the Career plan.

Getting in touch with HR professionals and recruiters is very convenient and being able to message them directly makes the platform especially useful.

Cost of it feels expensive for an individual although it can still be worth it if you recover the cost through a better job or higher pay.

Has been really valuable for me in a number of ways. As a business analyst, I get plenty of profile views which makes it much easier to connect with the right professionals in my industry and I can also see exactly who has viewed my profile. The advanced job search filters are another big plus because they improve my visibility and help me find more relevant job opportunities. It also gives me more direct access to recruiters and potential employers which is a huge benefit for networking. The platform is simple to set up and use and I'm on it every day connecting with other professionals. I'm also able to send personalized messages to people outside my network which is really useful. Also, having access to its course library for learning is another feature I genuinely appreciate.

Cons

The monthly price of $29.99 feels a little expensive. Also some additional features require even more payment to unlock. Customer support could also be better since response times tend to be slow.

Pros

I do appreciate the ability to connect with people in a professional context. The platform has stayed true to the idea of presenting your "professional self," and it has done a solid job of preserving that networking focus over the years.

Interface feels very counterintuitive and I say that as someone with a PhD in designing this kind of thing. I have to dig through too many sections just to find something specific, like all of a person's posts and there are far too many "you should try this" and "complete that" prompts getting in the way.

It comes with a lot of useful features that I've really been enjoying. With the premium access, I've been getting more requests for my services which has been very helpful. I can also see who viewed my profile, set more job preferences and get deeper insights into how my content is performing. Another big plus is being able to message more professionals without needing to connect first and the AI support is a nice addition too. I'm genuinely happy with the premium membership because it gives me a clear advantage over the free version. Subscribing and getting started was simple as well.

Honestly don't have anything major to complain about. My only wish is that the pricing was a bit lower for individuals.

Being able to send unlimited connection requests is a big plus. It also integrates well with marketing tools and platforms like Sendible and Trello. Setting up a profile is simple with AI assistance and the dedicated portfolio highlight button is a nice touch. Customer support is also very reliable, with help available 24/7 through chat, chatbots, email and phone.

There are plenty of features that make it convenient to use but one thing worth mentioning is that the monthly price for Premium is quite high. To really get your money's worth, you need to make full use of the features and benefits.

Having Premium has really added more value to the way I build professional connections. I especially appreciate the stronger networking features and the access to deeper insights. Being able to see who viewed my profile, send InMail messages and use the added learning insights from its Learning courses has been very helpful for my professional growth and expanding my network.

Biggest downside is is the subscription cost especially for people who do not use all of the premium features on a regular basis. Also, even though the extra tools are useful some users may feel that the interface looks a bit cluttered or more overwhelming than the basic version.

Having access to LinkedIn analytics has been really valuable and the toolset overall is genuinely useful. It also helps a lot that the AI reviews my profile and suggests changes which has made the platform even more beneficial to use.

Price does feel a bit high although that becomes easier to accept once you get used to the platform and start relying on the tools it provides.
