It has been really helpful during job searches especially when I need to connect with people for referrals. It also gives access to LinkedIn Learning which is a solid way to pick up new technology skills and is available only with the premium plan.

Cons

Biggest downside is the cost since the pricing feels set more for the US market and comes across as expensive. Another thing to watch out for is the monthly auto-renewal because the subscription keeps renewing unless I manually cancel it, even when I no longer want to continue.

There are plenty of resources available and the level of visibility the platform gives you can really help you get noticed by recruiters.

Being able to message recruiters directly is a big advantage and it also helps push your profile higher in recruiter searches. Another useful part is seeing the top skills needed for a specific role which makes it easier to prepare.

My only real complaint is the cost since the plans feel pretty expensive. They do include a one-month free trial which is nice but the regular pricing still seems higher than it should be. Also, getting only 5 InMail messages per month feels too limited. The premium plan would be much better if it came with more message credits.

InMail messages are really useful for anyone doing online sales because they make it simple to reach the right audience. The downside is that recipients see the message labeled as InMail and that can be a turnoff since it makes the outreach feel a bit too cold.
