Having quick chat and support built right into the product is really helpful too.

One of the biggest advantages for me is how well it connects with my sales intelligence platforms like GTM Buddy. With just one click, I can confirm the right point of contact, send designed documents and even track who opened them and how long they spent reviewing them. The parts I do appreciate are the option to message people outside my network, the premium badge as a small sign of professionalism and the fact that it's user-friendly. Still, that's honestly where it mostly ends for me. The extra value feels fairly limited so far especially when I compare it with the price.
