“Life became easier with it!”

Reaching inbox zero is so much easier now. Also I love being able to write, summarize and improve emails quickly, all directly from my inbox.

What stands out to me is how easy it is to use, the great value it offers and how effectively it uses AI automation.

While its easy to use and offers great value, it could benefit from being even simpler to launch and having more native integrations. However, it's progressing quickly

“Saves a lot of time”

Pros

I really like how it lightens my load especially with routine emails. Many of my accountants, who are not language experts are saving both time and money by using this tool. Kudos to the design as I have personally installed it on at least 10 systems. So keep up the great work and feel free to reach out to me for any feedback from non native English speakers.

Installation took some time but everything else was fine.

“Helps me with Email Responses”

Pros

It is easy to use and very convenient. It helps me generate email responses especially when I am unsure how to start a conversation formally.

Cons

I dont see any cons. It occasionally lags but it still generates results, so it is not a big deal.

This software produces polished text that comes out clear, concise and grammatically accurate. The interface feels clean and simple and the instructions are simple and easy to follow.

Cons

There are times when it feels a bit slow especially if Im generating a larger amount of text. It also doesn't review emails and suggest possible replies.

Pros

One thing that's been really useful is how it can automatically draft long, complicated emails, even if I still need to edit them quite a bit before the message comes across the way I want. Ive been using the free version and it's been a valuable extra tool to have as a professional.

Cons

App could definitely be more user-friendly and its accuracy in understanding prompts and generating the right responses still needs better fine-tuning.

“Fantastic software”

Pros

Getting this into Outlook was simple and I was able to start using it right away. That early adoption stage is usually the most important part when you're bringing in a new tool to solve a specific problem and this product handled that really well.

Cons

Luckily, I haven't run into anything I dislike at this point.

“best platform”

Pros

Compared with other tools Ive tried, this product has been excellent to use. It makes replying to emails much quicker since I don't have to stop and carefully draft the perfect message every time. I can just enter the point I want to make and it does an amazing job creating exactly the response I had in mind.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is better awareness of what was said earlier in the conversation and maybe even automatic response generation.

“Outlook add-in is great”

Pros

Having the Outlook add-in makes a big difference. I can open a MailMaestro window in seconds, tell it what I want written and the tone Im after and it generates something back right away that I can drop into an email. It fits naturally into my workflow and saves a lot of time when I need to write emails that are thoughtful, well-structured and detailed.

Cons

I'd still like to see more options and better training capabilities so it can learn my preferences and better match what I expect from the content it generates.

It's really convenient to have Outlook built right in and it helps me get more done throughout the workday.

With so many free AI tools popping up, I personally feel a service like this ought to be available at no cost.

Using it is very simple... just type a few words and it turns them into a well-structured email.

It automatically generates the signature which is a drawback.

Pros

The idea of using a natural language engine to create email messages is really intriguing and it's definitely something I'd love to see become more common in the future.

Cons

The interface felt a little underdeveloped though not exactly dated. One thing that got tedious was the forced signature... I had to delete it from every email before sending. Still, considering it was only a free trial, that was somewhat understandable.

Pros

It does delivers a lot of value and is simple to use too. It's very effective and gets the job done fast without making things complicated.

Cons

A couple of additions would make it even better, like being able to summarize long email threads and having calendar integration to send meeting proposals.
