It makes meetings easier to attend

Pros

MeetFox makes it super easy to join virtual meetings from anywhere, thanks to its calendar alerts. I love that I can attend meetings without worrying about being at a physical location, as long as I have a good internet connection for clear audio and video.

Cons

Customer service is very poor. I have tried reaching out several times to resolve concerns, but I often get no response or face long wait times.

It manages bookings like a pro!

Pros

It was really easy to use from the start. Some of the great features include: a stand alone booking page (perfect if your website is not ready), unlimited meeting types, free or paid meetings with Stripe integration, a user friendly interface, two-way calendar sync, up to 3 video participants on the basic plan, great uptime, helpful support, and the ability to embed booking forms into a WordPress site.

Cons

There have been occasional tech glitches, which I expect but there's one thing that's frustrating. If I set a meeting duration to 30 minutes, I can't select 15-minute booking intervals. For example, I can't schedule meetings at 10, 10:15, 10:30 and so on unless the meeting is only 15 minutes long. It's a small issue but still annoying.

Shows a lot of potential

Pros

Awesome for customizing calendar bookings especially when you're setting up paid meetings.

Cons

The video meetings could definitely be improved as the quality doesn't seem as good as it could be.

Perfect for consulting and side projects

Pros

I really appreciate the combo of being able to collect payments and conduct video calls all in one platform.

Cons

The chat feature sometimes doesn't recognize me and will duplicate conversations with the same client, which is confusing.

Terrible customer service experience

Pros

There's a lot to like about MeetFox. It works well and promises future improvements for some of the missing features.

Cons

Some features that were missing have been added but only at an extra cost.

Not what I expected

Pros

The onboarding was great, but the experience went downhill after that due to poor support. If you just need a basic scheduling tool, this will work, but after doing more research, I found better options.

Cons

The worst part is their terrible support, which ignores emails and gives statements that they later go back on. I would be careful when working with a business like this.

Scheduling tool with its own built-in video call platform? Impressive!

Pros

One thing that really sets MeetFox apart is its own technology for hosting and recording video calls. You can also integrate with Zoom or Microsoft Teams if you prefer, but I love that you can do everything, from scheduling to hosting and even taking payments. all in one tool!!! Plus the messaging feature is great for communicating with clients before, during, and after meetings, making it a potential all-in-one solution for scheduling and follow-ups.

Cons

While having built in video conferencing sounds great in theory, I've had issues with hosting video calls on this tool, which hasn't been ideal.

Budget-friendly video meeting platform, but requires improvement

Pros

Using it is simple and intuitive. You can customize your scheduling page and even embed it into WordPress or other sites. The integrations are a big plus, and the team seems focused on making it as accessible and user-friendly as possible. The page design is modern, and the flow is smooth for clients, especially with time zone auto-detection for international clients. Recording sessions for later download is a nice feature and while it's still growing, I'm excited to see what's next, though it would be great if they included more language options.

Cons

There are a lot of minor bugs and missing features that eventually made me stop using the tool. For one, the video conferencing doesn't work in all browsers for everyone. I've had clients show up and not be able to join the call, forcing me to switch to Skype or something else. It's embarrassing and wastes time for both of us. Another issue is that whenever they update the software, it seems to break other things. Sometimes the design of the scheduling page resets, or I lose things like the questions form. After spending time setting it up, I found it gone weeks later. It's frustrating because I never know when these issues will happen and I have to constantly check things. Also there's no option to delete contacts, which seems like an obvious feature for GDPR compliance.

Superior to Zoom and Teams combined

Pros

MeetFox is incredibly simple, intuitive, and just works. There's no need to download anything for you or your clients. Scheduling and screen sharing are straightforward, and the personal branding option is a nice bonus. I wish more video conferencing software was this enjoyable to use!

Cons

No complaints at all! This service is ideal.

Totally worth it software

Pros

There's no need for downloads because everything is cloud-based. The lifetime deal was a great way to save money compared to Calendly. The platform is still maturing but has a lot of potential. It allows for different types of events, including group meetings with up to 16 people, all without needing to download any software. I'm excited to see how the company develops.

Cons

A feature that's missing is the ability to clone meeting types, something that's available in Calendly (its main competitor). Also, there are issues with the camera turning off if someone uses their phone browser for the meeting and receives a phone call. Additionally, there's no extension to quickly share meeting links.

A comprehensive solution for entrepreneurs

Pros

Customer support has been amazing. The software is clear, easy to use and works well with no video dropouts. It has helped me eliminate the need for separate invoicing and meeting software. Overall, it's an elegant solution, and I'm really impressed.

Cons

There's nothing I really dislike. The interface isn't the prettiest design, but it's clean and simple, which works just fine.

My preferred choice for one-on-one video calls

Pros

MeetFox is perfect for my solopreneur business. It offers individual video conferencing and meeting solutions that are super easy to set up. As a one-person business, I appreciate the simplicity and the fact that I don't have to manage complicated tech solutions. I've had several paid meetings that went exactly as planned and I love the pre-call questionnaire and the ability to schedule ad-hoc meeting rooms. It's a great tool and the support team has been excellent. I've already recommended it to colleagues.

Cons

While small, there are a few improvements needed for platform compatibility. It would also be nice to have the ability for more than one person to join a paid call. I've worked around this by using the meeting room feature.

Video meetings without the need for installation

Pros

I love that my clients don't have to install any software for our one-on-one video meetings. The integrated booking system makes it so easy.

Cons

I wish I could book a video meeting directly with a client and just send them the link. I hope they add this feature soon.

Farewell Calendly, hi MeetFox

Pros

I'm a fan of being able to do video calls directly in the software. It's very convenient.

Cons

After making changes, there are menus that stay on the screen for longer than necessary to confirm the change was successful.

Excellent booking and conferencing solution

Pros

It's super easy for clients to book meetings, and the fact that they don't need to download a video conferencing app is amazing. Everything is done right in the browser, and the support is fantastic.

Cons

Some features are missing for group bookings, but for one-on-one meetings, I don't think you can find anything better.
