We and Meetingflow made a great team

Pros

Sharing my screen and apps in real-time is very simple, and the strong security measures give me peace of mind. Plus the customer support is always helpful and the website is really easy to navigate. I also love the live video broadcasting, real-time meetings and data visualization features. In short it is a great all in one package.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. The only thing I did like to say is that the website's UI and theme could use an update to make it look more modern.

Has many useful features

Pros

It offers so many features, like note-taking, screen-sharing, agenda management, scheduling and even virtual meeting spaces with high-definition video. In short, it is pretty much everything we needed to organize and run a meeting smoothly.

Cons

Some people say the mobile version is not as user-friendly, and I can kind of see their point.

Great for managing meetings

Pros

Meetingflow's centralized documentation is a lifesaver. It keeps all the meeting notes, action items and documents in one place. For example, when I was managing a project at work, having all the redesign notes for our homepage stored in one spot made it so much easier for everyone to stay updated and aligned.

Cons

One thing I do not like about MeetingFlow is how the mobile app feels clunky compared to the desktop version. For example, when I was traveling to Bangalore for startup meetings, it was a hassle to access and edit documents on my phone. It just wasn't as smooth or efficient as using my laptop which caused delays in updating important notes and action items on the fly.

I like Meetingflow

Pros

I love how Meetingflow generates an accurate and clear agenda automatically. And the way it itemizes tasks in emails and calendars has made my meetings way more effective, with a clear timetable to stick to.

Cons

The audio transcription is not always great, especially compared to other platforms. If there are multiple speakers or any background noise, the transcriptions end up with a lot of errors. It has made me hesitant to fully rely on it because I worry it might miss something important during meetings.

Made everything simple and easy

Pros

Ever since I started using Meetingflow, I have stopped stressing about preparing for meetings and managing calendars. Meetings have become so much more interesting and interactive. It is like a whole new experience. Plus, the speed of actions and deliverables has improved a lot.

Cons

For the most part, there is nothing to dislike. Occasionally, I notice some repetition, but it is not a big deal.

Meetings are now much easier

Pros

Meetingflow lets me focus more on running an efficient meeting instead of getting distracted by taking notes. I use the note-taker tool all the time because, by the end of each meeting, I have a neat summary of all the key points and tasks. It has been a game-changer for staying organized and not forgetting anything important.

Cons

Everything has been smooth and easy for me so far. It works well without messing up my system in any way.

User-friendly software

Pros

My favorite thing about Meetingflow is how easy it is to use. It makes managing meetings and collaborating with others completely hassle free. Also we can plan everything in advance, like what topics to cover, reminders for follow-ups and key questions to ask. Scheduling and organizing meetings has never been simpler.

Cons

It could use more integrations, but aside from that, everything else is solid!

Affordable and practical

Pros

The app's screen-sharing and real-time collaboration features are simply amazing. Plus it has a strong security system to ensure only authorized attendees can join. And the customer support is also very responsive which is great. The platform also supports live video broadcasting, real-time meetings, data visualization, unlimited workspaces for presentations and direct connectivity with attendees. It even has webinar capabilities, which is a nice bonus.

Cons

The only issue I've noticed is that sometimes the event notifications are delayed.

Packed with great features

Pros

Meetingflow software integrates seamlessly with social media platforms and offers cool features like Q&A sessions and attendee engagement tracking. Also it is now easy to interact directly with attendees and generate detailed attendee reports. Calendar management is excellent too with instant notifications and a real-time calendar view. It really simplifies planning and keeps everything organized.

Cons

It is super user-friendly, and I have zero complaints.
