“Missing the first two seconds of each call”
Pros
It serves as a handy tool for forwarding my work calls and I especially value the phone book feature.
Cons
There's a delay when answering calls and copying phone numbers with hyphens or slashes can cause errors. The software operation is a bit hidden and personalization is not easily accessible.

“Great software for customer service teams”
Pros
While Mitel is excellent for managing call centers, it can be challenging to use outside the company. The app sometimes lags, causing delays in hearing the other party, which leads to confusion between the operator and the customer.
Cons
Both the desktop and mobile apps experience some lag when using them outside the office. This should be addressed in future updates.

“A great add-on for Mitel services”
Pros
The platform is easy to use, offering apps for ios and android. It's efficient for receiving calls outside the office and transferring them to colleagues. Very effective overall.
Cons
Sometimes it's difficult to identify incoming callers and there's a delay in speaking like you talk and the other person only hears you after a few seconds.

“Collaborate effortlessly with MiTeam Meetings”
Pros
We were able to communicate with more than 50 people, delivering our monthly initiatives effectively. We could view all participants in a multipane view and presenters had the spotlight while sharing their materials. The chat feature worked well for answering questions while muting speakers. Invites were sent easily through calendar integration, and the screensharing tool was incredibly useful.
Cons
We found that the Miteam Meeting program lacked some essential features we frequently used. We had used polling in our previous software but MiTeam didn't support it. This was a significant drawback for us, as we rely on polling to gauge audience knowledge and interest, as well as to determine how content should be presented. We also had issues integrating calendars between MiTeam and MiCollab.

“A great option for using company phones remotely”

“Not for me”
Pros
The features and concept were impressive when it worked properly. As an IP phone system (a new technology at the time), it included a softphone feature on the computer, which proved especially useful during Covid 19 for remote work using the company phone system.
Cons
We faced more problems than expected. I spent more time troubleshooting issues with employees than anything else, becoming a full time Mitel troubleshooter for our 65-person company. Issues were constant, poor audio, dropped calls or inability to make calls. It didn't work correctly on a new laptop (Windows 11). Each time something went wrong, a case ticket had to be created by the administrator and employees couldn't contact Mitel directly for help, which was a hassle and meant repeating the issue with multiple people.

“Fine, but not great.”
Pros
The product is user-friendly but that's about the extent of its advantages.
Cons
Using the softphone app comes with several issues. 1. Calls often drop. 2. You can't just exit the program when you're done, you have to log out. We've noticed that if you don't log out regularly, sound quality degrades. 3. The Mitel Director portal needs an update as it's too cluttered, leading us to contact our third-party vendor for support. The Mitel Admin User Guide also requires an update.

“Mitel falls short of expectations”
Pros
Honestly I don't like anything about this software or Mitel as a whole.
Cons
Frequent outages, numerous problems, terrible customer support and extremely high costs make it hard to use. Our employees dislike it. It's the worst, period.

“Great product, but the backend is a bit clunky”
Pros
Real-time inbound and outbound call reporting is beneficial. The ability to customize inbound calls and generate daily reports with various metrics is a great feature.
Cons
The backend setup and customization are more complicated compared to other software we've used in the past.
