Pros

I love the variety of service options available. There are so many ways to create groups and manage chats.

Cons

It's been some time since we used them but I remember that accessing our admin account was difficult, especially if an employee left or returned. It was a bit of a challenge but it wasn't necessarily a bad thing. It just didn't work well for our company at that point.

The sales representatives tell you one thing, then go on leave without leaving any notes, which results in your bill reaching about $3,000 for the length of your contract.

Pros

Nextiva has been a cost-effective solution for providing phone services to our team. With the help of our IT team, we were also able to set up call recording easily.

Cons

We didn't receive any training on how to use the phone system. Since Nextiva relies on the internet, if the internet goes down, so do the phones.

Nextiva is fantastic

Pros

My favorite feature of Nextiva is Nextiva on the go. I can use it remotely, which is perfect for when I'm out of the office. I can just download the app and answer calls wherever I am. The ability to transition calls from the office to my cell is super convenient!
