It is a favorite of mine

Pros

The simplicity is what stands out for me. I can see all the info I need about a prospect, use the parallel dialer and even check upcoming calls that too all in one place.

Cons

No complaints at all as everything is going great. Also I love that they added a Salesforce button!

Very nicely designed and works the best

Pros

What I like most is being able to take notes directly on accounts, use parallel dialing and instantly pull up everything I need. Plus having all the info at your fingertips really makes it the best in my eyes.

Cons

Sometimes the parallel dialer does not connect fast enough and I miss out on the first few seconds of the conversation.

Simplifies the dialing process

Pros

Nooks speeds up my call list like crazy and the option to make multiple dials at once makes my day go by a lot productive.

Cons

I have had mostly positive experiences though there are occasional glitches that interrupt my workflow.

Favorite tool on the team

Pros

It has completely changed the way I used to do sales. Plus the parallel dialing helps me spot areas where I can improve and massively boosts my productivity.

Cons

Well I really do not have issues but aligning custom dispositions takes some getting used to as it is mostly a personal workflow thing.

Works better than our expectations

Pros

I find it pretty easy to use. Plus the Outreach integration, call tracking, auto-dialing and smart presence features all work really well together and make outreach a fun yet smooth process.

Cons

One thing I prefer to have more of is the flexibility in call disposition options. As for now it feels a bit limited.

Nooks allows me to knock out calls fast

Pros

Thanks to Nooks now we can go through a huge number of calls and the transcription feature is a nice bonus as it helps us review what was said.

Cons

I have seen some old or invalid numbers get called again. It would be helpful if it handled that better.

I have had a great experience with Nooks support team as they are always helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

My major dislike is needing to use Outreach just to use Nooks. As it would be better if it were more standalone.

My favorite dialer so far

Pros

I can call multiple people at once and the AI note taker is actually impressive. Plus it helps me keep track without needing to type everything manually.

Cons

Nothing to complain about as everything has worked perfectly for me so far.

Really turned things around for good

Pros

Dialing up to four prospects at once and skipping voicemails has saved me so much time. Now I do not waste hours listening to inbox messages anymore.

Cons

Not really a problem but at times it does not skip numbers I have already dialed or flagged as bad.

Simply love it!

Pros

Nooks is just really easy to use. Also I love that I can change my area code frequently which is pretty helpful when targeting different regions.

Cons

Every now and then certain people just do not show up in my sequences like they should.

Pros

Calling five prospects at the same time is proven a complete game changer for me. It is like supercharging your call sessions.

Cons

The tone that plays before a call connects is a bit off putting. I wish it was smoother.

The smart dialer works great and their support team is excellent too as they are always there when we need help.

When they roll out new features it is when I notice bugs but they do fix them quickly which is great.

Pros

I love using both the parallel dialer and the call library. Also it helps me stay organized and efficient.

Cons

Sometimes the connection rate drops or lags more than I expect. In other words I would say it is inconsistent.

It's on a whole other level

Pros

Nooks seriously makes my life easier. It is fast, helps me power through calls and everything I need is right there. Honestly it sets you up for success.

Cons

Visually it is not the most modern looking platform but it gets the job done so I would not consider it much of a con.

Perfect for fast dialing

Pros

If you have a team doing high volume outbound, an auto dialer like this is very much important. We looked at a few tools and came to the conclusion that Nooks had the best UI, top-notch analytics and the best call quality. The proof of it is that our booked meetings have tripled since using it.

Cons

Not much to complain about. As the AI summaries are great though I think they could be even better over time. So I am excited to see where they go.

outreach made simple and fast

Pros

The auto dialer is an amazing and my favorite feature of it. Plus it even opens up LinkedIn and Outreach tabs automatically and uses AI to take notes during every call which is so helpful.

Cons

When new features drop they sometimes come with bugs. Though it usually gets fixed fast but still creates little problems for us.

Calling has never felt smoother

Pros

It is easy to set aside time for cold calls now. Also the option to keep dialing automatically until you get a connect saves time. And listening to our teammates live calls is also perfect for training new reps.

Cons

Pros

Since we started using Nooks the time I spend calling through my prospect list has been cut by about 80%. That is huge for productivity.

Cons

I do sometimes wonder if it skips live answers or misses a pickup. Though it never happened.

Saves me stress and makes working fun

Pros

I like Nooks because it provides a quiet yet focused environment that boosts productivity while keeping things relaxed. Also it gives enough privacy without isolating you and maintains a great balance for deep work or casual catch ups. Plus features like removing bad numbers and AI powered list creation are quite cool too.

Cons

The one thing that disturbs me or I dislike about it is that I cannot hear the very first hello from the person picking up. Like if I am calling someone called Adam but a woman answers instead, I end up awkwardly asking for Afam without realizing I have got the wrong person which makes everything pretty awkward.

Everything went well

Pros

The dialing process is fast and it is easy to sort through and analyze call recordings. Overall it makes follow-up much more manageable for me.

Cons

I think it would be very helpful if the tool could search for specific keywords mentioned in calls as it will speed up everything and save time.
