“Great tool for fast calling”
Pros
Having clean phone numbers has really helped us connect with more prospects. Plus the Sales Floor feature is awesome as it keeps us connected and engaged with our remote team and lets us motivate them in real time.
Cons
I would like it more if it could reduce background noise like Zoom does as it would make calls sound much clearer.

“This tool took things to the next level”
Pros
Nooks has completely transformed the way our SDR team works. Since bringing it in our productivity, call numbers and high-quality conversations have all gone up. The parallel dialing is probably the most powerful feature as it helps us break through the noise and get in touch with decision makers faster. The interface is pretty userfriendly too, so my reps got the hang of it quickly. And the live coaching lets us jump into calls and offer real time feedback which has helped us build a coaching culture without slowing things down. Now we are seeing more meetings booked, stronger pipelines and overall better results at the top of the funnel. So if you lead a sales team I would say Nooks is a must have. It honestly feels like a cheat code.
Cons
If you are rolling it out across your entire SDR team let me warn you that newer reps might find the pace a little too much. Also it very much boosts your connect rate like by 5 to 10 times which can be a lot to handle if you are not experienced.

“Helped me close a lot of deals”
Pros
The layout is very clean and I am a big fan of all the filters that help narrow down my outreach. Plus being able to combine different sequences and collaborate with my fellow BDRs in the same lobby is awesome. We hype each other up after good calls and it is a great way to share tips on improving for the next one.
Cons
At times it slows down a lot. I have had to restart it several times just to get it working again. Plus sometimes calls connect so slowly that prospects hang up before I can even say hello. If they could fix those performance issues or at least reduce how often they happen this would be a solid 10/10 tool.

“Smart design and always getting better”
Pros
Nooks is more than just another dialer. It is a full-on sales productivity tool. With it building dial lists and managing outreach is easy and the user experience also feels smooth and thoughtful. I would say unlike other platforms this one really seems built with sales reps in mind. Also our CSM is very hands on and always helps us stay on track with connect rate goals.
Cons
Nothing really comes to my mind that I count as a problem for me right now.

Pros
It is quick to learn and so easy to follow. Plus the whole system flows logically and helps us stay focused.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that reporting is a bit limited when it comes to fields that involve text. So it would be great to see more detail there.

“Saves me time and effort”
Pros
The Nooks Dialer saves me a lot of time. With it I can easily go through my call list. Plus everything is laid out simply, so I do not waste time clicking around. It even helps me stay on task and talk to more people in less time.
Cons
Occasionally it feels a bit slow or glitchy especially when jumping between tabs or calls. Moreover small bugs pop up and can break my momentum.

I love that I can get live feedback from coworkers and managers while doing cold calls. Plus it makes collaborating way easier and more meaningful.
Cons
There is not much to complain about but one thing and that is a slight delay after the beep when a call connects as it throws me off a little.

Pros

Cons
I do not have anything negative to say although we don't use the AI features much not because we dislike them. We just have not explored them fully.

“The best among the rest”
Pros
The parallel dialing is simply the best. I can call unlimited numbers and it even pulls up all the right info I need. I have already recommended it to a friend who runs a startup and needs to start cold calling.
Cons
That 5 second pause after someone answers is a little annoying and managing contacts in settings can be a little difficult too. Also I would prefer better accuracy when it pulls LinkedIn profiles.

Cons
When a contact has two numbers the system jumps to the next step after just calling the first one. I feel like it would be better if it tried the second before moving on.

For us this is the biggest time saver we have had on the sales side. The auto-dialer eliminates all the little steps between calls. Just click and start talking. Also it was easy to set up, works smoothly with HubSpot tasks and active lists and their support team has been amazing too. And as a manager I love the call tracking and reporting tools. Plus the virtual workspaces for remote work make it easy to monitor reps. At first my team took a minute to adjust but now they cannot imagine working without it.
Cons
One issue we noticed is that we had to have a big list of leads and a large TAM to really take advantage of how fast this tool works. Otherwise you will burn through names too quickly.

That parallel dialer is a lifesaver. As it has given me so much time back, the time I used to waste leaving voicemails or clicking through lists. Also the dashboard gives me a quick overview of who I am calling and why.
Cons
I really wish the parallel dialer had an option to wait through automated messages so I could reach dial by name menus. And sometimes when using power dialer, the next call kicks in too soon right over the voicemail of the last one.

Cons

“No better option available out there”
Pros
It is hands down the most valuable tool we use. The interface is beautifully designed and gets my team pumped to make calls. Also it syncs pretty easily with Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn you just name it. But honestly what I like the most is their support team. They actually listen to our feedback and help us grow. We do not see them as just a vendor as they are more like a partner in our success.
