“Totally next-level tool”
Pros
The auto dialer has been a total game changer for outbound cold calling. As now the tasks that used to take me four hours now take one with even better results. It even tracks dials, filters spam and helps build team energy through Nooks rooms. Overall it has improved my workflow massively at Deel.
Cons
Even with a fast internet, I have had calls take over 5 seconds to connect. That delay is not good mainly during fast paced dialing.

Pros
The tool makes it easy to split tasks clearly so I know exactly who I have reached out to and who is next. In short it brings more structure to my outreach.
Cons
Not a complain but one thing I wish for is a way to cancel tasks or remove people from cadences more easily within Nooks.

Being able to dial five numbers at once is a major plus. Also I really like the call summaries and feedback as it helps me improve quickly.
Cons
At times I noticed a delay between the prospect picking up and the call actually starting which I wish were not the case.

Pros
I must say the smart presence feature is a great way to boost connect rates by matching area codes dynamically. Plus customizable prospect lists, team voice rooms and the very helpful support team make this tool one of the best. Also it is very user friendly and has a really short learning curve.
Cons
I genuinely have no complaints. It is a powerful tool that is worked really well for me.
