“Find it simple to use

Pros

It allows us to post confidential documents with ease. Also their customer support team is great as they have enough knowledge about the product and are quite helpful too.

Cons

I noticed that it does not work well with AOL which some people still use and some users have trouble finding items in folders.

“Helped us a lot and saved time too

Pros

OnBoard saves us so much time and helps keep our board meetings productive by keeping us organized and prepared. Also uploading documents is easy and no reformatting is needed. The minutes are easily compiled and consistently formatted which I really appreciate too.

Cons

One feature I would love to see is the ability to change or add salutations to the directory. Right now only members can do it which I understand but I hope there is an option in the future to link salutations to a specific board.

Pros

It is very user friendly and its document retention system is something I like the most.

Cons

Getting my board to fully use it has not been easy at all. But it was our problem, right?

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and how the information is laid out. Also it is simple and easy to use.

Cons

Well I am not a big fan of the permission setting issues. Some things work perfectly but others only work partially like duplicating permissions. Also there are some features that would be helpful like messenger notifications or @mentions.

It is efficient and makes creating agendas and minutes for board meetings much easier for us.

Cons

One thing I noticed that it is missing some updated technological features.
