“Not great but not bad either
Pros
I find it a great program for storing information but that's about it.
Cons
Well to be honest I did not enjoy the layout and did not feel it was worth switching from our current program.

Pros
OnBoard has simplified meeting creation for us by providing features like meeting duplication, drag and drop for PDFs and Word files, agenda imports and easy customization of agendas.
Cons
It would be much better if there was an easier way to add past meeting books to the resources section. Right now our meeting history is split between two locations and there is no good way to search through past meeting content.

It is very user friendly. Also building an agenda with it is like a price of cake for me now.
Cons
The options for highlighting, adding bullets, numbering and changing fonts in automatic minutes are the ones I did not find very user-friendly.

“Perfect space for team collaboration
Pros
OnBoard has been a great tool for our board. Some members took a while to adapt but they are using it more now. Plus the collaborative features have been really helpful as we expand our international teams and enhance our risk management efforts.
Cons
One thing I dislike is that there are limited file types that can be uploaded for storage.

We use OnBoard for various internal and external meetings. It has made setting up meetings so easy for us.
Cons
There are not many cons but I feel like it would be great if there was a way to save meeting items to the resources section using a simple checkbox.

“A really amazing software
Pros
What I love the most about OnBoard is how easy it is to use. If I ever have a question I can quickly find the answer through the help section or a quick search online. And this is especially helpful when I am on a tight deadline and need to send out an agenda. Also the help section offers both video tutorials and written guides which makes it simple to find solutions fast.
Cons
There have only been a few small things I would like to change which I will share with them personally.

Pros
It is user friendly for both members and admins. Our members found the interface easy to navigate which is important to us. Also the support team has been helpful and the self paced training was simple to follow.
Cons
The permissions settings are good but let me tell you that as an admin you need to be mindful that you must set permissions for everything you add to OnBoard. Also it takes some time to get used to.

The ease of access and the helpful webinars they offer make it easier for us to use the platform and that to its full potential.
Cons
I would like it more if there were an option available to update Board Members information, like an email address change. Though I can send them a link on how to do it but sometimes it is easier for me to update it for them.

“It is the way to go
Pros
OnBoard is very user friendly. This is my first year using it and I am impressed with how user-friendly the program is. Also it is easy to navigate and being able to duplicate meetings and actions on the admin side has saved a lot of time for repetitive meetings and surveys. The OnBoard Academy is also a great resource for learning the platform.
Cons
There was one time the program was not loading properly and I urgently needed to update a board book. Fortunately the issue resolved itself. Another time a user had trouble downloading an Excel document from the resource folder. They were using an Apple device and could not view the document as a spreadsheet. However OnBoard confirmed that the user would need the Excel App installed on their device.
